    Senior Lecturer - International Business Management

    Duties and responsibilities

    • To teach in areas allocated by the Head of Department.
    • Design, develop, plan and deliver a range of programmes of study, sometimes for entirely new courses at various levels.
    • Deliver high-quality lectures and practicals.
    • Providing students with real-world learning experiences and guidelines.
    • Review course content and materials on a regular basis, updating when required.
    • Collaborate with academic colleagues on course development, curriculum changes and the development of research activities.
    • Carry out research and write research grant proposals.

    Qualification and experience

    • A PhD in International Business, International Trade or a related field from an accredited University.

    • A minimum of thirty-two (32 equivalent publication points as a Lecturer/Senior Research Fellow, of which twenty-four (24) should be from refereed journal articles.
    • Supervised at least two (2) postgraduate students.

    • Evidence of being a member of a relevant professional body.

    Head of Department - ICT & Engineering

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Oversee program development and review process.
    • Participate in approving all student admissions into various programs in the department.
    • Receive new students registered in the department, orient and assist them to settle down.
