    Senior Accountant

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Financial Accounting & Reporting

    • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Maintain the general ledger and oversee timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Reconcile bank accounts, revenue accounts, and balance sheet items.
    • Provide management accounts and operational financial insights to hospital leadership.

    Revenue Cycle & Billing Management

    • Oversee patient billing, insurance claims, and corporate client invoicing.
    • Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition from consultations, diagnostics, procedures, and pharmacy services.
    • Monitor revenue discrepancies and coordinate their resolution.

    Receivables & Payables Management

    • Monitor insurance, corporate, and patient receivables.
    • Oversee accounts payable for suppliers, service providers, and vendors.

    Payroll Management

    • Process hospital payroll accurately and on schedule.
    • Ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions including PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, and other mandated contributions.
    • Prepare payroll-related statutory returns and maintain compliance records.

    Internal Controls & Budgeting

    • Maintain strong financial controls over patient billing, cash collections, and pharmacy inventory.
    • Support the preparation of departmental budgets and provide variance analysis of expenditures.
    • Supervise, train, and guide the finance, billing, and payroll staff.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • CPA (K), ACCA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
    • Minimum 5–7 years’ accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare or hospital environment.
    • Proven experience in revenue cycle management, insurance claims, and hospital billing systems.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and financial software.
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP standards and healthcare-specific tax regulations.
    • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    Office Administrator

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Administrative Support

    • Organize and coordinate office operations, procedures, and resources.
    • Maintain and update digital and physical office files, records, and documentation.
    • Handle general correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal memos.
    • Follow up on service contracts with various service providers.

    Reception & Front Desk Duties

    • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately to maintain a professional front-of-house presence.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.

    Office Supplies & Inventory Management

    • Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment to ensure availability.

    Meeting & Event Coordination

    • Assist in organizing internal meetings, team events, and office functions.

    Data Entry & Document Control

    • Input and maintain accurate records in company databases and systems.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office assistant role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or office management systems is an added advantage.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.

    CCTV Technician

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Installation and Configuration

    • Install and configure both IP and analog CCTV cameras, NVRs, and DVRs.
    • Lay and terminate fiber optic, coaxial, and Ethernet cables for data transmission.
    • Assist in the setup of wireless links and remote monitoring systems.
    • Perform site surveys to recommend optimal camera placement and coverage.

    Maintenance, Repairs and Safety

    • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and repairs on all surveillance equipment.
    • Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with safety and security protocols.
    • Collaborate with engineers to optimize surveillance network performance and reliability.

    Troubleshooting and System Optimization

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to camera feeds, power supply, and connectivity.
    • Work with the engineering team to optimize video quality and overall system performance.
    • Identify and resolve technical issues timely to reduce system downtime.

    Reports & Reporting

    • Document all incidents, system downtimes, and troubleshooting activities.
    • Provide regular reports on equipment status, maintenance activities, and system performance to management.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs for future reference.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
    • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
    • Proficient with IP and analog systems, specifically Hikvision, Huawei, and Dahua.
    • Strong knowledge of fiber optic splicing, structured cabling, and wireless transmission.
    • Familiarity with networking principles (TCP/IP) and power backup systems like UPS and solar power.
    • Certification in CCTV installation or networking is an added advantage.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in high-security environments.
