    Head Chef

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of kitchen operations, delivering exceptional food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high culinary and service standards.
    • Ensure all dishes consistently meet quality, portion, and presentation specifications.
    • Manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and oversee ordering processes.
    • Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards at all times.
    • Prepare staff duty rosters, manage schedules, and report maintenance issues promptly.
    • Facilitate seamless communication between the kitchen and service teams.
    • Conduct on-the-job training and uphold brand and operational standards.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role.
    • Diploma in Food Production or relevant culinary qualification.
    • HACCP Certification is essential.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management practices.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure while leading by example.

    Store Clerk

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Store Clerk to manage our hotel’s store operations. The successful candidate will oversee inventory, ensure proper stock control, and coordinate with various hotel departments to maintain smooth operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate all store activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliations.
    • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering to prevent shortages.
    • Organize and maintain store areas in a clean and orderly manner.
    • Coordinate with hotel departments to meet their stock and supply requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
    • Supervise, train, and mentor junior store clerks.
    • Report discrepancies, damages, or issues to management promptly.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a store or inventory management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
    • Degree or Diploma in any Business-related course.i.e finance, accounting , purchasing
    • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
    • Ability to supervise a team and lead by example.
    • Knowledge of stock control procedures and basic inventory software.
    • Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity.
    • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

    Human Resource Manager

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead the HR function at the property level, ensuring full compliance with Group HR policies and statutory requirements.
    • Partner with Heads of Departments to drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Champion performance management, learning and development, and talent retention strategies.
    • Manage employee relations, discipline, and welfare in alignment with company policy and labor laws.
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the HR team.
    • Ensure accurate HR reporting, documentation, and coordination with the Group HR office.

    Qualifications & experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
    • CHRP (K) certification or related Qualification and valid IHRM membership are mandatory.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 03 years at management level in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
