    Front Office Assistant-Mombasa Road

    Role Objective

    • A hotel on Mombasa Road seeks to add to their team a customer centric individual to perform customer care & reception duties while contributing to ultimate customer satisfaction. 

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    • Providing excellent customer service to all clients, both internal and external, with an emphasis on courtesy and professionalism.
    • Ability to deal with a busy frontline work environment, always keeping the client’s needs and expectations in mind.
    • Greet, assist, and direct visitors appropriately; ensure guest experience is handled efficiently and professionally.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed; manage company email and correspondence.

    Truck Driver

    Role Objective.

    • Our client is an Events Company in Kiambu and is seeking to hire a reliable, dedicated and safety conscious Truck Driver who will be responsible for ferrying goods to and from one point to another in good state and timely. The ideal candidate should have a clean driving record.

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensuring timely, accurate and safe delivery of goods.
    • Verify the accuracy of orders before departure and upon delivery.
    • Ability to handle unexpected situations such as roadblocks and vehicle breakdowns
    • Follow road safety guidelines.
    • Performing basic vehicle maintenance, including regular inspections, oil changes and maintaining accurate records of deliveries.

    Injector Pump Technician

    Role Objective.

    • Our Engineering client in Nairobi deals in heavy machinery spare parts, accessories and fittings in the manufacturing, oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate should be competent and be able to work with various brands.

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for providing hands on technical expertise regarding injector pumps and parts.
    • Providing technical advice and support in supply, maintenance and calibration of injector pumps and parts.
    • Any other relevant duties as assigned.
    • Inspect, repair and maintain injectors
    • Perform tests and conduct routine maintenance and servicing on injectors
    • Sourcing out cost of injector items.
    • Inspecting and troubleshooting of machines 
    • Assist in record keeping i.e filing and stock taking.
    • Attending to any emergency or directive given by our branch manager.
    • Collaborate with various teams to ensure proper inventory management and reporting.
    • Dismantle, clean, and assemble Pump and Injectors of different brands.
    • Assist in testing the received Pump/ Injectors as per job order and customer 
    • Assist in repairing the Pump/ Injectors with the required parts as per standard repair procedure.
    • Coordinate with the Supervisor in case additional defective parts are found in the course of repairing/overhauling the Pump/ Injectors.
    • Upon job completion, fill-out the Job Done report and submit for Quality Control & Billing.
    • Support assist the workshop technical team whenever necessary.

      Job Specifications and Qualifications

    • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Plant Mechanics or Diesel Engine Works
    • At least 4 years’ experience in similar role
    • Excellent technical knowledge in diesel engine works
    • Excellent technical knowledge in operating an injector testing and calibration machine
    • Knowledge in hydraulics is an added advantage

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus

    Role Objective

    • A busy law firm in Nairobi seeks to add to their team a knowledgeable and versatile individual with expertise in Conveyancing matters. 

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    • Conducting clients’ consultation to understand, interviewing them on their legal issues, needs objectives, and provide advice accordingly. 
    • Providing legal and technical advice including drafting legal opinions.
    • Undertaking due diligence on various matters.

    • Liaising with clients and key stakeholders such as the mortgage lenders, estate agents, land valuers.
    • Ability to prepare security documents and ensure they are properly executed and properly registered.
    • Provide legal opinion, advice on conveyancing transactions and matters relating to property & real estate.
    • Any other duties as allocated.

      Job Specifications and Qualifications

    • At least two (2) year Post admission experience in a busy law firm.
    • An upper 2nd Bachelors of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
    • A valid practicing certificate.
    • Experience in Conveyancing Matters.
