    Marketing Coordinator - Automotive

    Key Responsibilities:

    We are seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator within the business development department who will be responsible for managing marketing operations to increase market share, customer satisfaction, sales revenue, and profitability. The role involves analytical, digital, commercial, and administrative responsibilities while collaborating across departments to achieve corporate business goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Branding and Identity Management:

    • Develop and promote branding initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
    • Maximise brand value through new opportunities and ancillary revenue streams.
    • Ensure conformity of products and services to brand identity.

    Marketing Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and execute marketing plans within budget requirements, including CSR activities, roadshows, and activations.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify customer needs.
    • Manage and execute annual strategic marketing and communication plans across online and offline platforms.

    Content Development and Digital Marketing:

    • Create SEO-friendly content for websites, social media, and press releases.
    • Maintain and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
    • Conduct research on social media trends and create engaging advertising videos.

    E-commerce and B2C Project Management:

    • Oversee e-commerce platforms, customer service lines, and B2C projects.
    • Coordinate website updates, including photo editing and content uploading.

    Market Research and Analytics:

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
    • Track online marketing metrics, including subscriber count and online sales performance.

    Communication and Partner Management:

    • Represent the company at marketing events and manage client interactions.

    Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks:

    • Update databases and spreadsheets for marketing activities.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant Degree and/or Diploma in Marketing
    • Experience in Website management 
    • Experience in managing social media pages and SEO analysis
    • Experience in making videos and handling media-related response

    Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

    • Proficiency in Photoshop, photography, videography, and editing.
    • Strong IT skills and the ability to multitask.

    Transport Manager

    Job Summary:

    Manage Fleet activities related to dispatching, routing, sourcing, pricing and tracking for optimal return on investment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive the design, development, organization, implementation and management of transport solutions
    • Coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems
    • Ascertain industry/logistics best practices to identify new and/or unique programs and drive customer satisfaction
    • Work in conjunction with various parties such as business development, field support and customer service to handle complaints and ensure support plans are in place to maintain long-term customer relationships.

    • Manage equipment on site(including forklift,trucks, cages,ladders,tables) set up maintenance plan for equipment and ensure compliance with it
    • Manage equipment providers through KPI’s and regular review meetings on performance
    • Ensure timely and accurate communication of daily flash reports

    Requirements

    Education Qualification:

    • Business Degree
    • Diploma in Logistics and Distribution

    Experience:

    • 5 years in  Transport and supply chain Management

    Creative Designer - Automotive

    Job Summary:

    • Our Client is looking to hire a creative designer who is be responsible for creating appealing visual communication in the most appropriate format agreed on and within the brand guidelines. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proven record in creative design with top-notch experience in all Adobe products.
    • Create and design various materials for print and digital media
    • Create appealing graphics for online marketing, website, marketing content, store communication, internal communication etc.
    • Ensure projects are completed within the scope of the project and on schedule
    • Establish and create consistency in creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
    • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and within the budget 
    • Photography/Videography (capturing and editing) for use on ecommerce platforms

    Requirements

    Key Qualifications: 

    • Certificate or diploma or any related knowledge in graphic design or related field.
    • At least 2 years’ experience as a creative designer 
    • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
    • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
    • A keen eye for details and visual composition.
    • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
    • High degree of independent judgment.
    • Understanding of the marketing brand book, production, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
    • Has an Interest in Automotive parts. 
    • Fluent written and spoken English. 

    KPIs

    • Designs should be of high quality, appealing and in accordance with brand/organization guidelines.
    • High level attention to detail. 
    • High level creativity. 
    • He/she has to have a quick turnaround time that fits within the set deadlines.
