    Marketing Officer

    Responsibilities

    1. Managing and developing marketing campaigns.
    2. Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
    3. Conducting promotional activities.
    4. Organizing and distributing financial and statistical information.
    5. Overseeing campaigns on social media.
    6. Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
    7. Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.

    Requirements

    1. Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Business Mgt.
    2. Three years’ experience in a similar position
    3. Experience in Digital/Social Media Marketing
    4. Excellent Communication skills

    Assistant Examination Officer

    Duties

    1. Oversee the examination operations in progress
    2. Coordinating activities between candidates and examiners including the supervision of invigilators.
    3. Arrange the printing of examination papers and delivery
    4. Collection, of examination materials to and from all venues

    1. Diploma in ICT/Business/Records Management
    2. Three years’ experience in a similar position
    3. Excellent Communication skills

    Front Office Assistant

    Job Description

    1. Assist the receptionist with answering incoming phone calls.
    2. Schedule appointments as requested.
    3. Sort incoming mail so it can be given to the proper recipient. This includes keeping outgoing mail organized and getting it ready to be sent out.
    4. Route calls to the appropriate individual or department as needed.
    5. Greet incoming clients, patients, or customers as they enter the office.
    6. Front office assistants listen to office voicemail and make notes to record the pertinent information from these messages.
    7. Maintain the office inventory, restocking items and making note of inventory shortages when needed.

    Requirements

    1. Diploma in Marketing /Public relations
    2. Three years’ experience in a similar position
    3. Experience in Digital/Social Media Marketing
    4. Excellent Communication skills
