    Job Description

    • Welcome, check in and check out guests in a warm polite professional manor.
    • Operate our POS system
    • Track guest bills and prepare invoices and follow up on payments
    • Handle guest enquiries via phone,emails,WhatsApp and walkins 
    • Coordinate group bookings for NGO's, Schools , Universities & institutions
    • Assist with shop sales
    • Liase closely with housekeeping, kitchen,maintenance & security 
    • Ensure Health & Safety, security ,emergency  & property procedures are followed
    • Handle guest complaints ,concierge services 
    • Coordinate group bookings
    • Track guest meal plans
    • Promote and coordinate  guest tours & safaris,

    Qualifications and requirements 

    • Diploma or degree in hospitality or tourism or relate field, not a must but would need to be a quick enthusiastic learner 
    • Excellent communicator & customer service skills
    • Well organised with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
    • Computer literate with some knowledge of POS systems ( will train the right candidate)
    • Presentable courteous and guest focused 
    • Excellent English speaking skills
