NestVest is a fast-growing Nairobi-based property platform focused on residential rentals, property resales, and new real-estate project promotions. We build accurate property content and targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified enquiries and support sales conversion.

Role Overview

• We are looking for a results-driven Marketing & Promotion Manager to own end-to-end marketing execution for our rental and sales business lines. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in property management, lettings, or estate agency — someone who already carries a network of landlords, property owners, agents, and tenants, and can translate that network into qualified listings and enquiries.
• This is not a pure creative/content role. You will be the person who connects our marketing engine with the property on-the-ground network — sourcing landlords, converting property owners into listings, and turning tenant enquiries into downstream sales.

What You Will Do

• Plan and execute weekly/monthly marketing campaigns across social media, Google, WhatsApp, email, and offline channels for both rental listings and property sales.
• Leverage your existing landlord, property-owner, agent, and tenant network to bring in new listings, referrals, and qualified leads.
• Transform verified property inventory into high-converting content — listings, short videos, area guides, rent-vs-buy articles, customer FAQs.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory, creative, and paid-media teams to ensure lead handover quality, CRM accuracy, and weekly reporting.
• Manage social publishing (Canva, CapCut), CRM lead tracking, and weekly performance reports (lead volume, CPL, conversion, channel ROI).
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and agents; convert them into long-term listing partners.
• Support new property project launches with full marketing rollout.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of marketing, property management, lettings, or estate agency experience. Property/real-estate background is strongly preferred — not purely digital marketing.
• Existing network of landlords, property owners, letting agents, or tenants in Nairobi is a major advantage.
• Hands-on content skills: Canva, CapCut, social media publishing, basic copywriting in English.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp business outreach, CRM tools, Google Analytics, and Meta/Google Ads backends.
• Strong English communication; Kiswahili fluency is a strong plus.
• Self-driven, deadline-oriented, comfortable being measured on qualified leads and conversion — not follower counts.
• Able to commute to Kilimani, Nairobi.

KPIs You Will Be Measured On

• Weekly delivery of ≥5 verified property content pieces (including ≥3 Kilimani rental listings).
• Monthly new landlord/property-owner partnerships brought into the platform.
• Qualified lead volume and lead-to-viewing conversion rate.
• 95%+ of marketing leads accurately logged in CRM and handed over on time.
• CPL and channel ROI improvement month-on-month.
