Job Description

• Responsible for all aspects related to collateral documentation, with a particular focus on scanning all incoming perfected securities and Vehicle and Asset Finance (VAF) documentation. This includes ensuring that securities associated with the bank’s three main business streams; Personal & Private Banking, Business & Commercial Banking, and Corporate & Investment Banking—are accurately scanned and uploaded. The objective is to maintain a reliable and up-to-date online database of all collateral records.

Qualifications

• Type of Qualification: First Degree

Experience Required

• 1-2 years
• Experience in Records Management, with a strong preference for candidates with banking experience—particularly in relation to banking processes involving collateral documentation and its administration. A sound understanding of various types of bank securities is preferred.

Job Description

To execute day-to-day purchasing of goods, materials and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply. Collaborate closely with others in the Procurement Function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements.

• Professional qualification in CPSP-K or CIPS Level 5

• 3-4 years
• Experience in operational procurement processes and components. Previous experience of working in a purchasing team preferably within a banking or financial services environment.
• Good knowledge of purchasing, negotiation, data analytics, Stakeholder engagement, reporting, spend analysis, contracts management, commercial understanding and cost breakdown.
• Experience in use of Procurement systems, preferably SAP & Coupa
