    Interior Finishes Sales Executive

    Role Overview

    • The Interior Finishes Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and building strong client relationships for Prestige Bluestar’s luxury interior solutions. The role involves identifying prospective clients, arranging site visits, explaining our services alongside the Interior Designer or Director, and ensuring smooth follow-ups until sales are closed.
    • The ideal candidate is polished, persuasive, and has a strong appreciation for high-end interiors. Ability to confidently appear on camera to explain services for social media content is an added advantage.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and approach potential clients in Nairobi’s upscale neighborhoods.
    • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
    • Accompany the Interior Designer or Director on site visits and client meetings.
    • Present and explain Prestige Bluestar’s services and solutions to clients.
    • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations.
    • Consistently follow up with leads to close sales.
    • Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
    • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and promotions.
    • Provide market insights and support marketing campaigns.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Experience in sales, business development, or client relations (experience in interiors, real estate, or luxury industries is an added advantage).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage high-net-worth clients.
    • Presentable, polished, and professional appearance.
    • Self-driven, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
    • Familiarity with Nairobi’s high-end neighborhoods and clientele.
    • Ability to appear on camera for service explanations on social media is a strong plus.
    • Willingness to travel across Nairobi for client meetings and site visits.

    Compensation

    • Base Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
    • Commission: Attractive commission structure based on sales closed.

    Quotations & Site Visits Officer

    Role Overview

    • The Quotations & Site Visits Officer will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, attending client site visits, and providing the technical support needed for sales and project execution. This role ensures that Prestige Bluestar’s proposals are both professionally presented and financially precise, while giving clients confidence during site consultations.
    • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, numerically strong, and confident enough to join the Director or Sales Executive during site visits.

    Key Responsibilities

    Quotations & Documentation

    • Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for interior finishes, renovations, and furniture works.
    • Work closely with the Office Assistant to ensure proposals are formatted and sent out on time.
    • Update and maintain a database of standard rates, finishes, and materials.
    • Revise quotations when client requirements or measurements change.

    Site Visits

    • Attend site visits with the Director, Sales Executive, or Interior Designer.
    • Take accurate measurements and prepare site visit reports.
    • Note down client preferences and technical details during visits for quoting accuracy.
    • Ensure proper documentation of site conditions, photos, and requirements.

    Client & Team Support

    • Provide technical input (measurements, finishes, rates) for the Sales Executive during client meetings.
    • Explain quotations to clients when required, ensuring they understand inclusions and exclusions.
    • Liaise with subcontractors/suppliers to get updated pricing when needed.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Interior Finishes, or related field.
    • Experience in preparing quotations, BoQs, or costing (1–2 years minimum).
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
    • Knowledge of interior finishes, furniture, and renovation materials is a plus.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel/Word (knowledge of quoting software is an added advantage).
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing situations.
    • Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
    • Willingness to travel for site visits within Nairobi and occasionally across Kenya.

    Compensation

    • Base Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
    • Performance Bonus: Based on accuracy and timely delivery of quotations.
    • Benefits: Training on PB systems, exposure to high-end projects, and growth opportunities.
