Job Purpose:

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field from a recognized institution.
- Higher National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences is an added advantage.
- Valid registration and practice license with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in blood transfusion and hemovigilance in a busy hospital laboratory.
- Training in blood transfusion sciences, GCLP, and ISO 15189 implementation.

Job Purpose:
- The Mechanical Technician – Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning will be responsible for conducting inspection, installation, testing, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning systems at the Cardiothoracic Centre to ensure their efficient and reliable operation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning equipment faults in a timely manner.
- Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning works.
- Conduct periodic preventive maintenance of Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning equipment.
- Proactively inspect Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning installations and identify potential issues.

- The Hospital Driver will be responsible for safely operating hospital vehicles to transport staff, patients, and materials, while ensuring adherence to traffic regulations, hospital policies, and proper vehicle maintenance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
