    In house Sales & Marketing Representative

    Key Responsibilities

     Customer Interaction & Sales Support:

    • Handle inbound inquiries from customers regarding cable products and services.
    • Provide detailed product information, pricing, and technical specifications.
    • Assist walk-in clients at the showroom or office.

    Sales Activities:

    • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
    • Prepare and deliver sales quotations and proposals.
    • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.

    Account Management:

    • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
    • Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
    • Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.

    Reporting & Coordination:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
    • Collaborate with logistics and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

    Marketing & Promotion:

    • Distribute & keep track of marketing materials such as posters, brochures, flyers, and catalogues.
    • Update website content – ensuring clear presentation of products, news, and campaigns.
    • Create digital campaigns and visuals for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, email newsletters and social media graphs.
    • Support organization of trade fairs, factory open days, and customer engagement events.
    • Liaise with production and quality departments to ensure marketing content reflects actual specifications and standards.

    Academic and Professional Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the cable, telecom, or electrical industry.
    • Strong knowledge of cable products (electrical cables like Domestic, Industrial copper armoured and non-armoured, Flexible cables, Aluminium Cables, Solar Cables, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Experience with graphic design will be an added advantage.

    Central Control Room (CCR) Operator

    Key Duties/ Responsibilities

    • Execute all operations in strict adherence to production schedules and targets, ensuring efficient attainment of production objectives
    • Operate the plant to ensure continuous conformity to quality specifications, adhering to all quality instructions and maintaining stipulated control parameters at the control room.
    • Document all process parameters accurately and on time as stipulated.
    • Maximize equipment utilization and efficiency to optimize production output
    • Timely communication of all operational challenges or upsets and promptly escalating unresolved issues to the next level.
    • Work collaboratively with the Shift In-charge to conduct regular plant inspections, supervise production area cleaning/housekeeping, and execute scheduled maintenance activities within the area of responsibility.

    Academic and professional Qualifications and experience required

    • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemical & Process Engineering or any other relevant field
    • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a cement manufacturing setup, gained within the last 3 years.
    • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in control room operations within a manufacturing industry.
    • Experience in Vertical Roller Mill (VRM) operations is considered an added advantage.
    • An advanced qualification in Chemical & Process Engineering or a related field will also be an added advantage.

    Packing Plant Operator

    Key Duties/ Responsibilities

    • Physically inspect the roto packer machine and operate it efficiently according to established guidelines.
    • Report all observed cement bag defectiveness and any malfunctions that contribute to bag damage.
    • Regularly confirm packed cement weights and ensure clear coding on all bags.
    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the operational area.
    • Assist in corrective maintenance activities as required.
    • Perform other assigned duties as directed by the Packing Plant Operator.

    Academic and professional Qualifications and experience required

    • Proven hands-on experience of at least 2 years in cement roto packer operations.
    • Any other relevant technical qualification will be considered an added advantage.

    Shift Coordinator

    Key Duties/ Responsibilities

    • Lead, organize, and administer the shift team to execute the production schedule and achieve production objectives.
    • Ensure all Quality and Control room parameters are met, and the plant operates in compliance with established standards and group guidelines.
    • Protect plant equipment, maximize its utilization and reliability, and recommend machinery improvements and manufacturing methods.
    • Coordinate and facilitate key decision-making and problem-solving within the team, addressing operational failures or manpower-related challenges.
    • Represent the production department, coordinating and organizing teamwork with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Develop and implement efficient shift schedules for the production department, proactively addressing potential obstacles like equipment malfunction or personnel shortages to meet production targets.
    • Collaborate closely with the Production Superintendent during operations and major shutdowns, supervising activities within the area of responsibility to schedule and meet targets.
    • Ensure timely sharing of critical information and prepare comprehensive technical shift reports on Production, Dispatch, Quality, Engineering performance, and safety meetings.
    • Foster a strong team environment, build trust and support among peers, and demonstrate strong delegation and succession abilities.
    • Maintain flexibility to work all hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays, and possess the physical ability to perform essential job functions.

    Academic and professional Qualifications and experience required

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, preferably Chemical and Process Engineering.
    • Advanced studies in Engineering, Science, or Management will be considered an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 5 years of active involvement in a busy manufacturing setup, preferably within the cement industry.
    • Proven knowledge of cement production unit operations.
    • Demonstrated experience in team management.
    • Advanced knowledge in developing measurements for production activities.
