Accountant Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA-K or ACCA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and IFRS.

Packhouse QC Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Agronomy, Horticulture or any other related field.
• Minimum 1 year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A strong understanding of quality control standards, food safety protocols (like GMP and HACCP), and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices

Packhouse Supervisor Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in food technology or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a packhouse supervision, preferably in export business.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and regulatory compliance in industrial settings.
• Proven experience supervising diverse operational teams
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management tools.
