    Laboratory Sales Officer

    JOB PURPOSE:

    • The Laboratory Sales Officer shall be responsible for growing laboratory revenue by marketing the Hospital's laboratory services to corporate organizations, insurance companies, clinics, hospitals, doctors, NGOs, schools, industries, and individual clients. The role focuses on generating new business, strengthening existing client relationships, increasing eferrals, and positioning the Hospital laboratory as the preferred diagnostic partner.

    ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in: Marketing, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Or a related field.
    • At least 2-3 years' experience in healthcare sales, laboratory sales, pharmaceutical sales, insurance sales, or medical marketing.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
    • Proven experience working with hospitals, laboratories, clinics, or healthcare institutions.

    Pharmacist

    JOB PURPOSE:

    • The Pharmacist is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and delivery of pharmaceutical services within the Hospital. The role ensures the safe, effective, economical, and rational use of medicines while maintaining compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and Hospital policies.

    ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution, valid registration with the Pharmacy & Poisons Board, valid practicing license.
    • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in hospital pharmac practice.
    • Demonstrated experience in inventory & pharmaceutical stock management.
    • Experience in supervising staff and coordinating pharmacy operations is an added advantage.
    • Experience using Hospital Information Systems and pharmacy management systems is desirable.
