What you'll be doing:

• Planning, running, and optimizing Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Owning our SEO strategy — on-page, technical, and content
• Optimizing website content and structure for SEO performance (in coordination with IT)
• Tracking performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS) and reporting on what's working
• Partnering with our Creative and Client Service teams to bring campaigns to life

What we're looking for:

• 2–3 years' hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Solid SEO knowledge — you know your way around Analytics and Search Console
• A data-driven mindset — numbers guide your next move
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Agency experience is a strong plus

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying and visiting prospective client offices to pitch our services
• Proactively calling and following up on leads
• Closing deals and handing over to our Client Service team for seamless execution
• Consistently hitting monthly conversion targets

What we're looking for:

• 2–3 years' experience in business development/sales, ideally within BTL, experiential marketing, events, or a media/advertising agency
• A proven closer — confident on the phone, in person, and at the negotiating table
• Self-driven, resilient, comfortable working to targets with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience
• A relevant network in the marketing/events space is an advantage
