QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Co-operative Management/ banking/finance or Credit Management and MUST have at least Three-year experience in debt collection field.
• Prior interaction with a debt collection system.
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and analytical skills, honesty and integrity.
• Should be a self-motivated team player who enjoys negotiating with customers for win-win situations.
• Must have ability to work with strict deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cooperative Management, Accounting, Finance, Econom- ics, or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in MSME lending, microfinance, or cooperative societies.
• Proficiency in credit appraisal and risk assessment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software.
• A valid driving/riding license (motorcycle) will be an added advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Coperative managment its equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years practical experience as micro credit officer in a financial institution.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work without supervision and possess excellent leadership skills
• A good knowledge of the micro-finance industry trends and practices.
• Good analytical and report writing skills
• Must be a self-starter and possess excellent presentation skills.
