    Marketing Intern

    RESPONSIBILITIES.

    • Analyzing posts and data from major platforms. Check on which posts performed best organically and generate insights about what is working in a report.
    • Researching consumer opinions and marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly.
    • Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Flickr, YouTube) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
    • Assist in the lead collection from the website and monitor their progress.
    • Assist in conducting a competitive analysis of the current partnership landscape, research, and identify new, innovative opportunities.
    • Provide administrative support e.g. maintaining and updating a database, and preparing materials for marketing activations.
    • Assist in the management of the Branding and Marketing budget, including tracking project expenditures and assisting in budget development by summarizing, researching and analyzing past project expenditures.
    • Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.

    DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS.

    • Holder of a Bachelors Degree in Business Related course from a recognized institution.
    • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
    • Professional qualification in marketing will be an added advantage
    • Proficiency in ICT with strong MS Office and internet ability.

    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Management and Stakeholders from varied backgrounds
    • Strong analytical thinking and financial reporting skills
    • Communication and interpersonal skills

    Relationship Officers

    RESPONSIBILITIES.

    • Grow a healthy loan portfolio by developing an excellent and complete understanding of the company’s products and services
    • Develop a base for long-term sources of clients through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face, cold calling on business owners/decision-makers, emails and networking to manage and grow the loan portfolio.
    • Monitor, analyze and review customer retention data and use findings to improve prospect targeting and conversion to customers.
    • Respond to client inquiries regarding applications for credit and credit transactions.
    • Generate customer feedback on loan applications.
    • Undertake business and home visits to validate applications.
    • Undertake timely valuation renewals after contract expiry.
    • Prepare and submit timely reports and information for decision making

    DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS.

    • Holder of a Bachelors Degree in Business Related Course from a recognized institution
    • At least 3 years working experience in a credit-related role in the financial industry
    • Professional Banking qualification will be an added advantage
    • Proficiency in ICT with strong MS Office and internet ability
