    Recruitment Supervisor

    The Recruiting Supervisor will lead a team of recruiters in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. This role involves providing guidance, mentorship, and operational oversight to ensure the team consistently meets hiring goals and delivers exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.

    Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
    • Provide guidance on best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
    • Demonstrate and teach (subject matter expert) SME knowledge of TA strategy to search for a diverse pool of top industry talent using various full life cycle recruiting methods (direct sourcing, internal recruitment, web-based, social media, and AI technology).
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Review candidate submittals before sending them to a client or hiring manager.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, extending offers, and negotiating terms.
    • Guarantee the ATS database is updated to ensure a pipeline of candidates for future job openings.
    • Partner with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve strategies and processes.
    • Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions. Review submittals and placements and discuss ways to overcome obstacles and objections. Lead intake meetings and gather more details on job requisitions from clients or internal departments.

    • Strong understanding of different positions, as well as performance metrics.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, customer-focused attitude, and confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite.

    Required Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
    • 1+ years of experience in team leadership or supervisory role.
    • PEO or multi-site experience a plus.
