OB SPECIFICATIONS

One of our clients in the cyber security sector is looking for a technical lead Personnel to support the team in the development process. The candidate should have a vast knowledge of Operational Technology and Cyber Security.

• Assist with developing policies, processes, protocols, and standards for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of various enterprise security and identity tools.
• Manage a large diverse team.
• Help define access controls, roles, and security for networks, systems, and applications.
• Oversee development and implementation efforts on major projects. Identify and document minimum necessary permissions and entitlements for specific administrator and non-administrator tasks, grouping assignments into roles based on job function.
• Resolve complex technical issues related to security and user access.
• Participate in user and access security, audit, and compliance investigations.
• Monitor reports and security logs for unusual access control events.
• Presentation skills – influencing adults and articulating concepts to large audiences.
• Demonstrate leadership.

Competencies:

• 4 years of hands-on experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems.
• Serve as the cybersecurity team lead and subject matter expert for Identity Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Single Sign-On (SSO) projects
• Expert knowledge of Identity and Access Management controls, principles, tools, and methods.
• Expert knowledge of McAfee Products or Corporate resale cyber security Products.
• Advanced experience working with IAM and PAM technologies in an implementation or designer role. Demonstrable, hands-on experience with commercially known IAM, PAM, and SSO solutions.
• Advanced Knowledge of single-sign-on, federation, and multi-factor authentication tools and services.
• Solid understanding of role-based access control (RBAC), and its applicability in large, regulated environments.
• Ability to understand and translate technical terminology and/or aspects of projects/tasks.
• Excellent technical investigation and problem-solving skills.
• Professional-level advanced technical or security certification is required. CISSP preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Plan, lead and manage a complex, multi-shift production and distribution operations
• Review and analyse production, quality control and operational reports
• Analyse quality issues and able to determine root cause to develop and implement corrective actions
• Plan and direct production activities and establish priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors
• Manage 4 to 6 supervisors as direct reports, performing annual evaluations, mid-year reviews, providing positive recognition and/or corrective action as necessary
• Promote safe work environment, including identifying safety hazards, performing timely follow up on safety issues and corrections
• Set Production schedules and goals;
• Report on back orders and measures being taken to resolve back order issues;
• Work with HR on hiring, performance management, training, motivating, and rewarding employees’ practices of new employees;
• Work with teams to implement production changes to achieve current and future goals, tracking pertinent data/KPI to evaluate effectiveness
• Ensure all safety observations are completed per standard work.
• Build a World-Class Production Team and sustainable processes that exceed customer expectations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Production engineering.
• 6 years wood industry, building material or manufacturing experience.
• Experience in Bamboo factory and bamboo product manufacturing is a significant advantage.
• Ability to analyse and evaluate data and develop detailed analysis and reports in a concise and precise manner. Excellent problem diagnosis and solving skills.
• Must possess and display excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers
• Ability to train, recognize, select and develop talent within the production team
• Demonstrate knowledge of and activities utilizing lean and/or continuous improvement methodology.
