    Project Manager Execution

    Sidel is looking for a Project Manager Execution (PME), part of the EPM Organization reporting to the Lead Project Manager Execution (LPME), who will be responsible for;

    • Driving day to day new Equipment Project Management operations from order intake (OI) to project closing (CPA), including on-site activities management.
    • Ensure deliverables are being achieved at the expected cost and to stakeholders’ satisfac-tion.
    • Ensure safe working conditions.
    • Ensure safety standards.
    • Develop continuous improvement/initiatives.
    • Demonstrate Key Leadership Behaviours.

    Your Mission

    • Accountable for S-Q-C-D Projects deliverables for the assigned new Equipment Projects:
      (S) HSE&S - Required Health, Safety, Environmental & Safety Standards are being met. H&SE plan in place prior to the start of project.
      (Q) Quality - Deliverables are being met to defined specifications from the first time. Project scope and specifications are clearly defined.
      (C) Cost - Project deliverables, including on-site activities are being completed within the project baselined cost.
      (D) Delivery - Deliverables are being completed within the project schedule timelines/milestones.
    • Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Sidel corporate values, governance and processes.
    • Ensure risk assessment and response plan are in place for critical projects. Accountable to drive risk management and mitigation.
    • Manage, support and coach the assigned team, driving the relevant competence development & utilisation. Eliminate roadblocks for team.
    • Support the Team in managing scope changes without affecting the baselined objectives and benefits, resolve conflicts.
    • Regular and timely reporting to the Stakeholders. Drive Technical issues escalation follow up calls with Global Product Support.
    • Monitor and ensure all Sidel Project systems are regularly updated, such as SAP milestones, PM Tool, SINCRO, AMP and OPD.
    • Achieving Yearly KPIs.

    Your Profile

    Education and Languages:

    • Bachelor in Engineering, Master’s degree or Equivalent
    • PMP Certification is a plus
    • Fluent in English  (French is a plus)
    • Foreign language as per regional allocation is a plus
    • Arabic is an advantage.

    Required experience and skills:

    • 5 years’ experience and proven track record in Project Management of capital projects
    • Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
    • Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio and Systems design is a plus
    • Knowledge of installation and commissioning scope and challenges
    • Knowledge of project financials
    • Availability to travel up to 40%

    Account Director East Africa

    Sidel is looking for the Account Director, part of the Sales organization reporting to the VP Sales Middle East & Africa. He/She will be responsible to define and implement area strategy to meet equipment sales and margins objectives and ensure customer satisfaction. He/she will also be responsible to detect market needs for future product development, price positioning, etc.

    Your Mission

    • Accountable for meeting budgeted sales and margins for the assigned region.
    • Manage the sales managers and develop new markets within assigned region.
    • Establish strong relationships with customers by building a network of contacts within their organization
    • Identify market potential and develop plans & strategies for developing business and achieving sales targets
    • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
    • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
    • Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function
    • Contribute to customer, market and competitor activities monitoring
    • Initiate product development strategies (short and long term) through the Product Development Plan
    • Represent Sidel at events/conferences/seminars when applicable and network with trade and sales organizations in the industry.
    • Development of the Sales Managers to help them get the right skills for goal orientation 
    • Manage potential Agents and Brokers for Sidel Group in Beverage Market.

    Your Profile

    Level of Education and Language

    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
    • Business school degree is a plus;
    • Fluent level of English is a must; Foreign language as per geography is a plus

    Required experience and skills:

    • Minimum 10 years experience in capital equipment sales and territory/business area management, particularly in the packaging and/or rigid plastic industry
    • Established customer base and network within the rigid container market
    • Significant rigid container equipment, market and industry knowledge
    • Market evaluation and analysis skills, planning skills; ability to develop and present a value proposition
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Sales management experience; excellent negotiation skills; Experience in managing a team of 2+ managers;
    • Good understanding of Sidel business context;
    • Expertise in project management;
    • Knowledge of main finance topics to be the right front end of our finance stake holders;
    • Availability and ability to travel (up to 50 % of the time)
