    Sales Executive

    Objectives of this role

    • To acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines and sourcing new leads until they are engaged.
    • Maintain relationships with existing clients
    • Conduct market research (analyze competition landscape and the efficiency of sales

    Responsibilities

    • Create and execute strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends the company's regional market research.
    • Prospect, develop and qualify leads to produce high quality business opportunities, building and maintaining own sales pipeline.
    • Analyze and position for new opportunities, pursue and develop prequalification documents and develop high quality proposals for new business.
    • Plan and execute structured customer visits to ensure pitching for new business as per the projected pipeline sales with clear objectives and progress reports. Establish, develop and maintain positive partnerships with clients, partners and stakeholders to help close more business.
    • Ensure inflow of new and repeat business in line with set targets

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or any related field
    • 2-3 years hands on experience in sales preferably in the Courier Industry Experience in the Courier industry is an added advantage

    Driver

    About the Role:

    • As a driver at Speedaf Logistics, your main role is to ensure incoming customer items are received, documented, properly charged, and dispatched for delivery. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of customer service by delivering items efficiently and safely.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the Loading and Offloading of parcels, inside the truck, and responsible for general safety of the parcels.
    • Carry out a hand-over of parcels as per the Hand-over SOPS
    • Raising cash and contracted customer's waybills and ensuring proper documentation
    • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip. This also involves Making use of Google maps, to help navigate traffic jam
    • A background in courier will be an added advantage

    Key Requirements:

    • Must have attained the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education
    • Evidence of continuous driving experience for at least 5-10 years
    • Be able to demonstrate that he/she has no past criminal record and whose integrity is beyond reproach.
    • A valid driving license: Class BCE
