Key Requirements

• Minimum KCSE certificate.
• Previous sales experience is an added advantage.

• Ability to identify and approach potential customers confidently.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field sales within the assigned area.
• Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Honest, disciplined, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Must own a smartphone for communication and sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential perfume retailers, boutiques, salons, cosmetics shops, and distributors.
• Introduce and promote Haoren Perfumes to prospective customers.
• Generate new business leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up on pending orders, payments, and prospective customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
