    Senior Creative Associate

    Requirements

    Skills and Experience

    • 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles.
    • Proven success in launching and managing new brands, particularly within corporate or agency settings.
    • Experience in managing big multinational brands both from agency and corporate in-house is preferred
    • Hands-on creative expertise with the ability to direct and execute photography, videography, and design work.
    • Must present a strong portfolio showcasing major brands managed.
    • Experience leading teams within creative operations.
    • Advanced proficiency in design tools including Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
    • Expertise in digital marketing, print media, copywriting, and content strategy for international and local brands.
    • Familiarity with the real estate market is a plus

    Development Control Company Clerk of Works Manager

    Position Overview

    The DCC Clerk of Works Manager will plays a pivotal role in overseeing construction inspections, ensuring that all development activities align with approved drawings, specifications, industry standards, and building codes. This position requires strong leadership to guide an inspection team, maintain compliance, uphold safety regulations, and drive quality assurance across various project phases.

    Key Responsibilities

    Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight

    • Lead the inspection team to ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
    • Supervise workmanship, materials, and installations at all stages—substructure to finishes—resolving non-conformances and ensuring high quality delivery.
    • Personally manage key accounts, providing direct oversight and client engagement on sensitive or complex developments.
    • Apply expert knowledge of construction technology, materials, and methods to resolve site-level challenges and maintain construction integrity.

    Lifecycle Construction Management

    • Oversee the full construction monitoring lifecycle—from site handover, construction, inspections, and snagging, through to occupation and post-occupancy evaluations.
    • Ensure smooth transitions between project phases, including pre-occupation compliance, defect rectification, and long-term performance monitoring.
    • Guide the team in maintaining continuity and accuracy in inspections and reporting throughout all project stages.

    Safety, Compliance & Regulatory Adherence

    • Enforce safety protocols across sites, conduct safety audits with the team, and collaborate with HSE personnel to uphold a strong safety culture.
    • Ensure full compliance with the Kenya Building Code, zoning laws, planning regulations, and local guidelines.
    • Stay current with regulatory changes and ensure the inspection team is updated and trained accordingly.
    • Stakeholder & Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Clerks of Works, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and adherence to best practices.
    • Coordinate inspection scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting workflows to optimize performance and communication.

    Reporting, Innovation & Continuous Improvement

    • Review and compile detailed inspection reports, test results, and project updates for senior management and stakeholders.
    • Identify and champion opportunities for automation in inspection processes, documentation, and reporting systems.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, regularly updating procedures based on lessons learned, site feedback, and industry advancements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field.
    • A masters degree will be an added advantage
    • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction supervision, quality assurance, and site-based inspection, preferably on mixed-use developments (commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure).
    • Proven experience in managing and mentoring construction teams, with a strong track record in lifecycle construction oversight — from site handover to post-occupancy.
    • In-depth knowledge of building codes, planning regulations, and construction technologies relevant to vertical and horizontal developments.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple active project sites without compromising on detail or quality.
    • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, reporting, and coordination
    • Proficiency in digital tools and inspection/reporting software; experience identifying or implementing automation opportunities is an added advantage.

    City Management Credit Controller

    Position Overview

    As the City Management Credit Controller, you will be responsible for the coordination of the department’s service charge and other city revenues collection, administering financial records, systems and processes of the city management department, including accounting, bookkeeping, record keeping, banking of cheques, initiating purchase requests, receiving goods and services, champion automation processes, quality control and all related assignments by your line manager. Reporting to the Head of City Management, the City Management Credit Controller will be required to carry out the following tasks

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure optimum service charge and other city revenues collection.
    • Propose to the management, reasonable payment plans for outstanding payments and ensure clients stick to their payment plans.
    • Initiate, monitor and report on daily transactions in accounts payables and receivables.
    • Prepare and coordinate the preparation of the City Management department budget while ensuring cost control and daily tracking of expenses against the City Management budget.
    • Provide accurate and insightful financial reports to the Head of City Management weekly or in any other frequency as requested.
    • Coordinate between City Management, Tatu Markets, the procurement department, finance department, contractors and other key stakeholders ensuring efficiency in the flow of transactions.
    • Ensure quality control by guaranteeing value for money.
    • Ensure that proper company procedures are followed and that payment of suppliers is done expeditiously.
    • Work with the Head of City Management and other team members to identify new business opportunities through which the city management department can generate additional revenues.
    • Foster positive and productive client relationships through periodic physical and virtual meetings with external and internal City Management clients, external client’s contacts updates and communication tracking.
    • Expeditiously handle customers' questions or complaints.
    • Ensure the City Management department’s data, documents and records are well organized, easily retrievable and stored digitally and physically backed up whenever necessary. 

    Requirements

    Skills and Experience

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • A masters and / or professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in credit control, receivables management and financial administration, preferably within a service-driven or property management context.
    • Proven ability to develop and manage payment plans, oversee collections, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
    • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial and expense analysis, and preparing accurate financial reports.
    • Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software with advanced excel skills
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in financial operations.
    • Familiarity with digital tools and systems that support financial tracking, automation, and reporting.
