Sourcing Team Lead at Solvo Global

We are seeking a Sourcing Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Sourcing team, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality talent for strategic and high-volume hiring needs.

This role will be responsible for monitoring team performance, driving conversion metrics, strengthening candidate pipelines, and ensuring the successful execution of sourcing strategies that support the organization's hiring goals.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on sourcing expertise, leadership capabilities, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sourcing team.
• Conduct ongoing performance tracking at both individual and team levels.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the execution of effective sourcing strategies for high-priority and high-volume positions.
• Oversee candidate sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Job Boards, Databases, Social Media, Networking
• Analyze key recruitment metrics, including Conversion Rates, Candidate Volume, Time-to-Submission, Pipeline Health & Productivity Metrics
• Prepare reports and present findings to leadership.
• Utilize data to support strategic decision-making.
• Train and mentor team members on Boolean Search Techniques, Advanced Sourcing Strategies, Candidate Outreach, ATS Management, CRM Best Practices
• Provide continuous coaching and developmental feedback.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for the Sourcing team.
• Resolve operational challenges and sourcing roadblocks.
• Align sourcing strategies with business and hiring objectives.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
• Drive projects focused on increasing productivity and sourcing quality.

Requirements:

• Experience leading or coordinating sourcing and recruiting teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Candidate Engagement, ATS and CRM Platforms
• Previous experience in Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Headhunting, Pipeline Development
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
• Experience supporting high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
