REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: -
- have served as Senior Principal at T- Scale 14 for a minimum period of three (3) years;
- have satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal and performance contracting process;
- meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution; and
- meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.

- have served as a Senior Master III T-Scale 10 for a minimum period of three (3) years;
- have a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
- have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide support to other teachers;
- meet the provisions of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution; and
- meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.
