    Head of Maths (& Physics Teacher)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and implementation of innovative curriculum and teaching strategies for the IGCSE program (and possibly A Level) for Maths and Physics
    • Overseeing assessment and examination processes
    • Monitor, evaluate and provide guidance and support to teaching staff
    • Facilitate professional development opportunities
    • Teaching Maths (and ideally Physics) as relevant (maximum 20 contact hours per week)
    • Class tutor
    • Review and enhance the IGCSE timetable and continuity of provision throughout the school
    • Monitor and track student progress and implement interventions as necessary
    • Collaborate with school management to align the IGCSE program with the school’s strategic goals
    • Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within the academic staff and student body.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • B. Ed Mathematics/ Physics, Post-Graduate Or Degree In Education Teachers Service Commission Registration
    • 5+ Years in International School System
    • 3+ Years In Key Stage 4 British Curriculum
    • Demonstrable Track Record of Excellent Teaching Practise
    • Academic Leadership Experience
    • Excellent Team Building + Communication Skills
    • A clear determination and desire to develop professionally
    • Strong understanding of CAT4 Assessments an advantage

    English and Drama Teacher

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and deliver high-quality English and Drama lessons at GCSE and A Level, aligned with
    • Edexcel or Cambridge International curriculum requirements and school values. Support for Primary School Productions.
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture that supports curiosity, creativity, and student voice.
    • Prepare students effectively for external examinations through clear instruction, structured practice, and timely feedback.
    • Assess, track, and report on student progress accurately, using assessment to inform teaching and support individual learning needs.
    • Encourage confident communication, critical thinking, and thoughtful performance, both written and practical.
    • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school, including productions, enrichment activities, and collaborative planning.
    • Integrate local culture and context where appropriate to enrich drama learning
    • Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain high expectations
    • Maintain high standards of behaviour for learning, professionalism, and safeguarding at all times.
    • Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice to continuously improve teaching and learning.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in English / Drama, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field
    • Teaching qualification (e.g., PGDE, PGCE, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
    • Registered with TSC
    • Experience teaching Cambridge or Edexcel IGCSE / GCSE Drama is highly preferred
    • Strong knowledge and expertise with international teaching pedagogy and assessment methods
    • Significant experience directing dynamic and creative student productions
