Strategic Market Development & Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive localized sales strategy to maximize the onboarding of high-value MSMEs (e.g., businesses with multi-store operations, established online vendors) within their assigned territory.
- Proactively identify and engage with leads, focusing on complex accounts and strategic partnerships that offer significant potential for long-term Bumpa subscription revenue.
- Achieve and consistently exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly sales/activation quotas.
- Conduct advanced market analysis to identify emerging business needs and competitive gaps that Bumpa can address.
Consultative Sales & Advanced Value Demonstration:
- Craft and deliver customized, high-impact ROI presentations for owners and decision-makers, demonstrating how Bumpa solves complex inventory, payment, and e-commerce challenges.
- Utilize advanced negotiation and deal-closing techniques to secure committed, long-term merchant subscriptions.
- Skillfully manage and resolve complex merchant objections related to system integration, data migration, and long-term costs.
Onboarding, Activation, and Success Management:
- Oversee the seamless end-to-end onboarding of high-value merchants, ensuring swift integration of all critical Bumpa features relevant to their scale.
- Monitor the performance and engagement of a defined portfolio of high-value merchants to ensure sustained usage, feature adoption, and minimize churn.
Mentorship & Feedback Loop:
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to new or junior Champion Agents, providing coaching on sales best practices, objection handling, and market strategy.
- Aggregate and synthesize strategic merchant feedback on product features and market demands, presenting actionable insights directly to the Bumpa regional or product team to influence future development.
Brand Advocacy & Community Leadership:
- Represent Bumpa at key local business forums, market associations, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and secure large-scale partnership opportunities.
- Cultivate a strong network of local business leaders who act as advocates and referral sources for Bumpa.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with preference for degrees in Business, Marketing, or Technology.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior sales, business development, or account management role, preferably within the SaaS, Fintech, or e-commerce enablement sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding high-value sales targets (quota achievement) and successfully managing a complex sales pipeline.

- Clearly articulate the tangible benefits and Return on Investment (ROI) of using Bumpa (e.g., increased sales, better organization, wider customer reach, simplified payments).

Objection Handling & Trust Building:

Onboarding & Activation Facilitation:
- Guide potential merchants through the Bumpa sign-up/subscription process using their unique referral link/code.
