    Senior Manager: Technology Governance, Resilience & Corporate IT

    Role Overview: 

    The Senior Manager: Technology Governance, Resilience & Corporate IT is responsible for end-to-end execution of technology governance, security-by-design, operational resilience, and corporate IT services across the Cellulant Group.

    Reporting directly to the Head of Platform Engineering , the role ensures that:

    • Technology platforms and corporate IT services are secure, reliable, compliant, and resilient
    • Governance and control frameworks are embedded into daily technology operations
    • Corporate IT services enable productivity, efficiency, and a strong employee experience across all market, 
    • Leads the implementation and adoption of controls, principles and guidelines of our current and future ISO certifications across the organization. 

    This role combines strong operational leadership with disciplined governance execution, acting as a bridge between strategy, engineering execution, compliance requirements, and end-user technology services.

    • Risk & Audit Forums: Technology risk posture and remediation progress

    What You'll do:

    Technology Governance & Risk Execution

    • Implement and maintain the Technology Risk & Governance Framework across platforms and corporate IT.
    • Translate standards and regulations (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 27701, PCI-DSS, GDPR) into:
      • Engineering and operational standards
      • Platform and infrastructure guardrails
      • Repeatable control procedures
    • Track technology risks, audit findings, and remediation actions, escalating material risks to the CPTO.
    • Is the single DRI to spearhead  internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and assurance activities from a Technology execution perspective.

    Security by Design & Control Implementation

    • Drive effective implementation of security controls across:
      • Identity & Access Management lifecycle
      • Endpoint and device security
      • Cloud and platform environments
    • Govern the lifecycle, adoption, and effectiveness of security tooling within Technology.
    • Coordinate technology-led incident response and post-incident reviews, ensuring remediation actions are delivered and sustained.

    Operational Resilience & Service Management

    • Lead and mature IT Service Management (ITSM) processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Capacity Management.
    • Monitor and report on service availability, reliability, MTTR, and change success rates across platforms and corporate IT.
    • Own disaster recovery planning, testing, and business continuity readiness for technology services.
    • Drive standardisation and automation to improve service quality, resilience, and operational efficiency.

    Corporate Information Technology & End-User Services

    • Provide operational leadership for Corporate IT and end-user technology services across all regions.
    • Ensure secure, efficient, and auditable onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with People & Culture.
    • Oversee collaboration tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365), endpoint management, and workplace technology services.
    • Standardise and optimise corporate IT services to deliver a consistent employee experience across countries.
    • Plan, implement and operate the corporate IT budget ensuring that IT provides state of the art end user services in a cost effective manner. 

    Vendor, Financial & Stakeholder Management

    • Manage IT vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA adherence, cost effectiveness, and service quality.
    • Own Corporate IT budgets and contribute to technology cost optimisation initiatives.
    • Partner with Finance on forecasting, spend tracking, and ROI visibility.
    • Engage senior stakeholders to align technology services, governance priorities, and business needs.

    Team Leadership & Capability Building

    • Lead and develop corporate IT and governance-focused technology teams across multiple countries.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, documentation, continuous improvement, and operational discipline.
    • Build strong working relationships with Engineering, Platform, Security, and Compliance teams.
    • Contribute to the strategic evolution of technology by bringing key insight and strategic input to the wider product and technology strategy.

    What we are looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Relevant professional certifications such as:
      • IT Governance/Security: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
      • IT Service Management: ITIL v4 Expert or Master certification.
      • Compliance: Certifications or extensive practical experience with ISO standards (27001, 22301, 20000) and regulatory frameworks like PCI-DSS and GDPR

    Principal: ERP Engineer-NetSuite Administrator

    Role Summary: 

    NetSuite is implemented at Cellulant, but it is not yet fully optimised or leveraged to its full automation and reporting potential.

    You will lead the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Oracle NetSuite, ensuring it meets the needs of Cellulant’s finance, accounting, and business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite capabilities and financial processes, with a particular focus on multi-currency, multi-subsidiary operations in the payments industry.

    You will work with various teams to automate processes, enhance reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

    What You'll Do:

    System Architecture & Optimisation

    • Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle NetSuite, ensuring alignment with Cellulant’s business needs and industry standards.
    • Design and govern the master data structure in NetSuite (e.g., customers, Items, GL), ensuring global consistency and alignment with reporting strategy.
    • Coordinate the work of NetSuite third party vendors to ensure their delivery meets expected standards.
    • Integrate NetSuite and other key business applications, including the Oracle Data Warehouse and the Treasury Management System to ensure seamless data exchange.

     Revenue Engineering

    • Lead the end-to-end Revenue Engineering Process, encompassing billing information mapping, data extraction from the Data Warehouse, and developing the revenue computation model.
    • Ensure accuracy and auditability of daily revenue through the implementation of automated validation and reconciliation checks.

    Financial Data Integrity & Process Automation

    • Implement strong system controls with high standards for data accuracy and reporting consistency.
    • Design and implement custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and automations to improve efficiency across finance, accounting, sales, financial reporting, and compliance processes.
    • Improve financial data accuracy and reporting by refining NetSuite configurations and analytics capabilities that identify and mitigate posting errors
    • Automate key finance functions, including bank reconciliations, revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, and expense management.

    Governance, Audit, and User Support

    • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings, ensuring compliance with data protection and internal security policies.
    • Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation for all designs, solution implementations, and key process workflows (functional and technical) to ensure knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
    • Provide high-level support for audit and compliance processes by extracting required NetSuite data or developing required views.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or ERP Engineer, with deep expertise across financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Revenue Recognition, Billing, P2P).
    • NetSuite Administrator Certification.
    • Deep functional and technical expertise in NetSuite ERP, with demonstrated experience developing and customising SuiteScript 2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and API integrations.
    • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles within a complex multi-currency, multi-subsidiary environment.
    • Proven experience integrating with, querying and extracting data from large-scale data platforms e.g., Oracle Database/Data Warehouse using SQL/Oracle SQL to support finance teams.

    Senior Principal: Payments Accountant

    Role Overview: 

    As Cellulant shifts into high gear to scale its innovation engine, we are establishing a Finance Centre of Excellence. We are seeking a high-calibre Payments Accountant for a critical 6–9 month project to institutionalise world-class accounting standards across our Pan-African operations. This role is designed for a technical expert who bridges the gap between complex payment orchestration and rigorous financial governance.

    The successful candidate will ensure our financial architecture matches the sophistication of our platform, which processes over 4.5 million daily transactions

    Location: Europe and the Middle East, Asia, Africa-  Likely to be from the UK, all EU countries (esp Germany, Estonia, Lithuania) or Singapore/Dubai

    What You'll do:

    Global Standards & CoA Alignment

    • Conduct a comprehensive review of the current Chart of Accounts (CoA) and accounting practices.
    • Align nomenclature and accounting treatments with global payment industry standards.
    • Ensure all treatments remain strictly adherent to IFRS and local statutory requirements across our core African jurisdictions.

    Process Engineering & Documentation

    • Map and document end-to-end accounting flows for complex products (e.g., split payments, multi-currency settlements).
    • Define and codify the "Cellulant Way" for accounting processes to ensure consistency across the group.

    Regional Implementation & Transition

    • Act as the lead consultant for local finance teams during the transition to the new CoA.
    • Provide hands-on training and mentorship to ensure the accurate adoption of new accounting treatments.
    • Streamline month-end close processes to drive efficiency and transparency.

    Balance Sheet Integrity (High Priority)

    • Perform a deep-dive "unpicking" of current local balance sheets.
    • Resolve legacy issues to ensure 100% accuracy in all payment-related asset and liability accounts (e.g., merchant settlement accounts, safeguarding accounts, and transit accounts)

    What we are looking for:

    • Qualified Accountant: ACA (or equivalent), ideally with initial training at a "Big 4" firm. 
    • At least 10 -12 Years of Experience. 
    • Payments Expertise: Proven experience in a high-growth Fintech or global Payments Provider, managing complex multi-currency transaction volumes.
    • Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of IFRS specifically applied to payment-related flows, safeguarding, and multi-market jurisdictional rules.
    • Systems & Scale: Experience with sophisticated financial systems and ERP implementations in a high-transaction environment.
    • Emerging Market Agility: Comfortable navigating the nuances of varied African jurisdictions and working effectively with diverse local teams.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Payments Ledger Architecture & Balance Sheet Control- Deep understanding of how payment flows translate into balance sheet positions across merchant settlement accounts, safeguarding accounts, float accounts, and clearing/transit accounts.
    • High-Volume Reconciliation & Transaction-Level Analytics- Expert ability to diagnose reconciliation issues across millions of transactions and multiple payment partners.
    • Payments Industry Accounting (IFRS / Regulatory Safeguarding) - Advanced understanding of accounting treatments specific to payments platforms and regulated payment institutions.
    • Finance Process Engineering & Operating Model Design- Ability to design scalable accounting processes that support a rapidly growing payments platform.
    • Cross-Market Finance Leadership & Stakeholder Influence- Ability to lead complex finance remediation projects across multiple jurisdictions and teams.
