PURPOSE:

• He/she will provide direct support to users by ensuring that all users’ access required IT services and maintain high service standards to improve productivity within the company.
• Responsible for being liaison between technical and non-technical people within the firm.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving and responding to internal customer support requests via the ICT Service desk, ICT Hotline, emails and walk-in support.;
• Installation, configuration and ongoing usability tuning of desktop computers, peripherals equipment and software within established standards and guidelines;
• Trouble shooting and resolution of technical problems with operating systems;
• Installation and upgrades of Anti-virus, anti-malware and anti-spam as well as support;
• Preventive maintenance on hardware equipment and record keeping.
• Update and keep record of Incidents log and escalate to the relevant ICT staff and;
• Coordinates repairs of hardware with external service providers;
• Develop training materials to be used for training and orientation of staff on use of hardware, operating system and company telephones.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an ICT related field

Professional Qualifications

• Certifications in any of the following: CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA

Experience

• Up to two (2) years’ relevant experience.

PURPOSE:

Responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors and performing strategic procurement activities. Responsible for contract negotiation, vendor management and managing end to end procurement operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and drive CIC procurement strategies and policies.
• Lead in the development of category specific sourcing strategies and research on new products and services to meet company’s goals.
• Oversee supplier selection, contracting, and negotiations, Monitor use of competitive bidding/ benchmarking and develop framework contracts to cover future purchases for 1-2 years
• Identify build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure procurement-supplier relationship management process by overseeing supplier management for relevant categories and lead Business Unit (BU)-Procurement risk reviews
• Provide oversight of management of Office systems which shall include the IT and office equipment
• Ensure that other functional areas receive quality, timely procurement service and assistance.
• Overseeing tendering process and ensure all adhere to the specification of requirements, requests for proposals, evaluation and supplier appointment.
• Manage Data and review all records of purchased goods, including costs, deliveries and inventories.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and establish sources for new technologies and new markets dictated by business requirements.
• Deliver cost savings based on sourcing strategies and compliance management.
