REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT.

• .Be a Kenya citizen.
• Be in possession of a minimum grade of KCSE D plain or its equivalent
• A valid Driving License free from any current endorsement(s). Class :ABCE
• Suitability Test and Grade III pass
• Certificate of Good conduct.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• First-Aid Certificate Course lasting not less than one (1) week from St.. John Ambulance or KIHBT or any other recognized institution
• Refresher course for drivers lasting not less than 1 week within every three years at (KIHBT) or any other Recognized institution.
• Personal Accident Cover will be an added advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Drive a motor vehicle as authorized
• Carrying out daily checks on vehicle systems
• Detecting and reporting malfunctioning of vehicle system
• Maintenance of work tickets for vehicle assigned.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicles.
• Ensuring safety or transportation of students and staff and/or safety of goods therein.
• Ensure validity of all legal vehicle regulations and policies

JOB GROUP CIT 8 (PERMANENT AND NOT PENSTIONABLE)

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT.

• Be a Kenya citizen.
• Be in possession of a minimum grade of KCSE C - or its equivalent
• Diploma in Security management , or Approved Security Course at Administration Police Training
• College (A.P.T.C) Criminal Investigation Department (C.LD.) Training School, Police Training
• College, Military Training Institute or other similar institution.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in public or private organization.
• Proficiency in Computer skills / CCTV
• Certificate of good conduct.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Support the formulation and implementation of security policies, plans and procedures
• Coordinating all security related issues at the institute.
• Supervising outsourced security service provider.
• Ensure safety of the college property.
• Monitoring, identifying and advising of any security gaps in the institution.
• Preparing and submitting security intelligence report to the administration.
• Coordinating students, staff in the event of emergency.
• In charge of investigation and documentation of offences.
• Inspecting the occurrence book daily and follow up any identified cases
• Create awareness and alertness for suspicious activities and potential threats.
• Implementing security reports to ensure efficiency and quality of security operation
• Implementing emergency management and contingency procedure
•  Assist in coordination of security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property
• Assist in investigation and prosecution where applicable
