    Business Development Executive (Telesales)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas for assigned short courses 
    • Identify and target potential clients through outbound/inbound calls and lead generation activities.
    • Proactively contact existing clients to maintain relationships, identify new training needs, and explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Clearly explain the benefits and value propositions of the company’s short courses and training programs, addressing client needs and pain points.
    • Conduct informative consultations to educate clients on the importance of professional development and how our programs can contribute to their success.
    • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all phone and email interactions with clients.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and exceeding expectations.
    • Prepare daily reports on sales activities, client interactions, and training program inquiries.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates and sales figures.
    • Collect fees associated with course registrations in a timely manner.
    • Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
    • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role in sales, marketing, business development, and client service management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Business Development Officer – IT

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting methods such as cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.
    • Research and target potential clients to initiate new business relationships.
    • Present and demonstrate the value propositions of the company’s products and solutions to prospective clients.
    • Customize sales presentations to address the specific needs and requirements of potential clients.

    • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide feedback to the Sales Manager or senior management on market trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies, tactics, and plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement corrective actions and strategies to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and campaigns.
    • Coordinate with other departments such as product development or customer support to address client needs effectively.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector or consultancy.
    • Must have B2B Business Development experience .
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
