• Practical experience in clinical setting an in the field of Lecturing HealthCare Assistant subjects and other related subjects.
• Registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya will be an added advantage.
• Skills in building professional relationships  with other Trainers and organizations.
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging lessons.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment techniques.
• Strongly an expert in teaching, training and mentoring HealthCare Students.
• Flexibility to work per the institution’s schedule.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
• Time management skills and attention to detail.
