    Accountant

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Set up and manage the company’s finance and accounting systems, processes, and policies.
    2. Maintain accurate general ledger and sub-ledger records.
    3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
    4. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
    5. Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
    6. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
    7. Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
    8. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.
    9. Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.

    Required Specifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    2. CPAK qualification preferred.
    3. 3–5 years’ experience in accounting or finance, preferably with exposure to the construction industry.
    4. Experience in setting up finance functions or improving financial processes is highly desirable.
    5. Strong knowledge of accounting software, QuickBooks Or have experience implementing an accounting system.
    6. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    7. Strong communication and reporting abilities.

    Technical and Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
    2. Supervise and manage a team of 10-20 staff members, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
    3. Represent the company in meetings on behalf of directors, board members or senior management, providing technical input as needed.
    4. Manage administrative processes, including overseeing technical finance operations, procurement, documentation, reporting, and office systems.
    5. Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
    6. Collaborate with project teams to ensure operational alignment with company goals and construction projects.
    7. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
    8. Identify operational challenges and implement solutions for continuous improvement.

    Required Specifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
    2. A Master’s degree in any field will be an added advantage
    3. Registration by the relevant regulatory body is desired
    4. Minimum of 5 years’ technical experience in construction, plus skill sets in operations and administration
    5. Strong technical skills to engage in high-level meetings with management or board members.
    6. Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple functions.
    7. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    8. Knowledge of construction industry operations, standards, and compliance requirements.
