Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards and visualizations for various stakeholders across the enterprise using tools such as MSSQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Establish and validate the important business intelligence requirements, as well as the business challenges and major goals of new projects.
• Use proper technologies to analyze and design business intelligence continuously. improve it.
• Implement, configure, coordinate, and plan business intelligence technologies.
• Establish and maintain effective interactions with user groups, learning about their content to track trends and analytics based on findings and insights across numerous digital product efforts and websites.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through Data Governance decisions.
• Establish and maintain strong collaborations with cross-functional teams from multiple business units and IT to ensure project success.
• Create, produce, and provide accurate reports to business units as needed/requested.
• Encourage efforts to rationalize and simplify reporting.
• Assist in the development and execution of ad hoc business and performance reporting utilizing BI tools and/or query languages as needed by the company.
• Create data models to pull data from operational databases and translate the data into easily understandable business perspectives.
• Create, maintain, and run business intelligence dashboards and reports access matrix.
• Promote the use and implementation of data analytics culture
• Run separate reports from the production database to the dedicated reports database and optimize report queries and environments.
• Responsibilities for project management and other activities may be allocated from time to time.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in analytical  
• 3+ analytics experience
• Proven experience with programming for data analysis.
• Proven experience in MSSQL, Power BI, Tableau, and R.
• Microsoft Dynamics AX experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of agile delivery

Key roles & Responsibilities:

• Development of a robust system that will reshape the tech infrastructure to enliven customers' journey in return maximize conversion.
• Streamlining and automation of e-commerce processes to optimize performance and growth.
• Accountability for all user groups to ensure loss proofing is kept at maximum.
• Design and development of the E-commerce platform for both web and mobile applications as per user needs scoped.
• Establish application stability, perform developer testing to spot bugs, and ensure production operations run successfully.
• Perform website updates, and code refactoring running of security policies/patches to protect websites from malware and other types of cyber threats.
• Confer with e-commerce pillars to resolve problems uncovered by customer feedback, prioritize needs, and choose solutions with respect to user needs.
• Oversee continuous service level improvement initiatives associated with core processes and mission-critical systems.
• Responsible for backing up web servers and providing recovery solutions while upholding database integrity, stability, and system availability.
• Provide continuous training to the e-commerce pillars to ensure that they are adept at performing their duties with respect to the existing or newly added functions on the e-commerce platform
• Responsible for ensuring adequate decentralization in the system for different user groups to enhance access control on the website.
• Prevention of legal and regulatory risks caused by out-of-date or inaccurate security components or poor-quality content that may affect the brand negatively.
• Propose standards and policies on web governance to curb risks associated with
• Curbing compliance risks caused by a lack of standards and policies around web governance regulatory violations about accessibility, data protection, consumer protection, or disclosure.
• Implement data security solutions to protect customer data from cyber security vulnerabilities.
• Provision of web analytics tools to assist in making more informed decisions as well as enhancing growth in customer acquisition.
• Provision of adequate data reports to the loss control team for auditing purposes and reduction of
  errors and fraud such as CNP (Card Not Present)
• Provide real-time technical support in ensuring smooth processes for all user functions.
• Manage 3rd Party Vendors to ensure timely delivery of E – e-commerce projects

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, and related field
• 3+ years of experience implementing e-commerce strategies 
• PHP, JAVA, Swift
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript Frameworks
• Database / SQL proficiency
• Webservices / RESTful Services APIs
• Content Management Systems e,g. Magento / Drupal / Opencart
• Git / Version control, Testing / Debugging
• Adobe Suit – Dreamweaver, Photoshop
