Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of monthly/annual financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and file accurate VAT returns and maintain statutory compliance.
• Manage month-end close activities, journals, reconciliations, and GL reviews.
• Monitor and maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts.
• Overlook & Support AR & AP Functions
• Oversee Overall Company Audit & Compliance Requirements
• Oversee Insurance Claims tracking
• Oversee & Monitor Legal compliance (Licenses & Permits), Company Legal cases & Legal documentations
• Supervise and develop the financial reporting & audit team.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, orFinance, 
• CPA K
• 4-7 years accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, audits, VAT, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly analysis of expense lines, identifying variances, drivers, trends, and cost-control insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, and company policies.
• Perform GL reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close tasks.
• Prepare and file VAT returns and assist with other statutory tax requirements.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and management account schedules.
• Produce monthly internal audit reports and support internal control reviews.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA/ACCA (completed or ongoing).
• 2-3 years’ experience in financial reporting, audit, or general accounting.
• Knowledge of IFRS and audit procedures.
