    Pharmaceutical Sales Associate – North Eastern (Lamu/Garissa)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective prospecting and client engagement.
    • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Manage both inbound and outbound sales activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to support customer retention and account growth.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data.
    • Analyze sales trends and market data to support business development strategies.
    • Support the implementation of lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
    • Plan and participate in sales activations, educational forums, and promotional events.
    • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and distributing promotional materials.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and resolve client issues.
    • Contribute to product and service improvements through customer feedback and market insights.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, financial services, or B2B sectors.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Experience in both sales and marketing is an added advantage.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and data management skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
    • Passion for improving healthcare access and delivering exceptional customer service.

    Distribution Sales Manager – Africa

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and drive regional sales growth across East and West Africa
    • Own performance across all product categories, including hardware, consumables, and media
    • Develop and expand distributor, dealer, and reseller networks in assigned markets
    • Oversee in-country sales teams and coordinate closely with Dubai commercial operations
    • Deliver revenue targets, gross margin objectives, and agreed commercial KPIs
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
    • Gather and analyse competitor activity, pricing movements, and market opportunities
    • Support vendor and principal growth plans, and execute market expansion strategies
    • Maintain strong commercial discipline over receivables, stock movement, and profitability

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum 8 years' senior sales experience in IT distribution, printing and imaging, office automation, or related technology hardware
    • Hands-on category exposure across one or more of the following:
    • Inkjet, laser, dot-matrix, and ink-tank printing systems
    • Large-format, label, and production/commercial print
    • Projection, display, and visual solutions
    • Photographic imaging, photo-finishing, and digital imaging equipment
    • Scanning, document capture, and multifunction devices
    • Consumables, inks, toners, and print media
    • Track record built with globally recognized Japanese or international imaging and printing principals direct principal-facing or authorized-distributor experience strongly preferred
    • Strong regional or multi-country commercial management experience
    • Proven success in channel development and distributor management
    • Solid command of sales forecasting, budgeting, P&L management, and KPI reporting
    • Proven leadership ability, with experience managing and developing sales teams
    • Highly analytical, performance-driven, and commercially assertive
    • Willingness and availability to travel frequently across the region
