    Accounts & Administration Assistant

    The Accounts & Administration Assistant will support day-to-day financial operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office and business operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

    • Maintain and update the status of accounts receivables and payables.
    • Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues in processing the financial statements.
    • Record and reconcile payments, petty cash, and expenses
    • Direct marketers, clients and third-party vendors about their responsibilities.
    • Maintain efficient client services.
    • Responsible to receive and verify bills and requisitions for goods and services.
    • Assist audit activities.
    • Prepare, send and store the record of invoices on time.
    • Contact clients to update them about balance payments.
    • Prepare and submit tax forms and their filings.
    • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
    • Process general administration functions.
    • Evaluate all agreements and invoices and organize customer contracts.
    • Analyze the transactions with financial policies and procedures.
    • Offer support to other team members as needed.
    • Create and manage daily paperwork for mailing as well as invoicing.
    • Prepare all cash flow reports and data.
    • Prepare records of minutes of meeting.
    • Apply for Licenses, permits required with the relevant authorities.
    • Take stock of office supplies & place order where necessary
    • Maintain and manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain sub-ledger.
    • From time to time you shall be called to take part in other duties as assigned by the employer

    Sales & Reservations Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:
    Customer Communication & Sales Support

    • Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and video calls
    • Assist with quotations, follow-ups, and customer problem resolution
    • Maintain professional, timely, and service-oriented communication
    • Support the sales team in converting inquiries into bookings
    • Learn to handle objections and find solutions when customers hesitate

    Partner & Relations Coordination

    • Assist in managing relationships with partner accommodations, airlines, and service providers
    • Follow up on availability, pricing, confirmations, and operational details
    • Make outbound calls and coordinate information to ensure smooth execution
    • Learn professional relationship management and follow-through

    Administrative & Commercial Support

    • Assist in tracking commission rates, partner agreements, and contracts
    • Support preparation of reports, invoices, and basic reconciliations
    • Maintain structured records for pricing, packages, and partner data
    • Support internal coordination between sales, operations, and finance

    Digital Marketing & Growth Support

    • Assist with digital marketing activities such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, or influencer coordination (training provided)
    • Support website package updates and campaign tracking
    • Learn performance tracking and reporting for marketing initiatives

    Overseas Sales Exposure

    • Support outreach to international travel agents and partners
    • Assist in maintaining communication and relationship follow-ups
    • Learn long-cycle relationship building and patience-driven sales
    • Candidate Profile (Key Selection Criteria)

    Requirements

    • Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree completed within the last 1–2 years)
    • 0–1 year work experience (internship or attachment acceptable)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, basic office tools, and online platforms
    • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept feedback Desired
    • Academic Backgrounds Business, Commerce, Economics, tourism, Accounting, Finance, or Management Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality (Other degrees considered if the candidate demonstrates strong aptitude)
