    Manager, Faculty Development

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement long-term faculty development strategies aligned with institutional goals.
    • Lead faculty mentorship programs and provide personalised coaching on teaching effectiveness.
    • Guide faculty on pedagogical best practices, active learning strategies, and student engagement techniques.
    • Evaluate faculty development initiatives using data, faculty feedback, and best practices to improve offerings.
    • Design and facilitate impactful workshops on innovative teaching, curriculum design, and assessment methods.
    • Contribute to the development of institutional policies on faculty teaching and learning.
    • Partner with academic leadership, deans, and faculty committees to enhance teaching and learning initiatives.
    • Support faculty in adopting new instructional technologies and digital teaching tools.

    Qualifications And Experience

    • Masters degree in Education, Instructional Design, Higher Education Leadership, or a related field from an accredited and recognised institution. A doctoral degree (PhD or Ed.D.) in Education, Instructional Design, or Higher Education Leadership will be an added advantage.
    • At least Eight (8) years’ experience in faculty development, instructional design, or academic training in a higher education setting.
    • Strong knowledge of teaching and learning best practices, curriculum design, and faculty mentoring.
    • Experience leading institution-wide faculty development programs.
    • Demonstrated ability to use data and assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of faculty development initiatives.
    • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), educational technologies, and digital learning platforms.

    • Excellent presentation skills.
    • Stakeholder engagement skills to drive faculty training initiatives.

    Manager, Curriculum Design and Development

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Support faculties and departments in curriculum development, review, harmonisation, and accreditation processes.
    • Enhance the quality and consistency of curriculum design in alignment with CUE
    • standards, CBET principles, and international best practices.
    • Facilitate instructional design for online, blended, and technology-enhanced learning environments.
    • Improve turnaround time in programme development and quality assurance processes.
    • Provide technical leadership in the development of learner-centred, industry-responsive, and future-oriented academic programmes.
    • Support continuous academic innovation and institutional competitiveness within the higher education sector.

    Qualifications And Experience

    • Master’s degree in Curriculum Studies, Instructional Design, or Educational Technology or its equivalent field from an accredited/recognised institution. A doctoral degree (PhD or Ed.D.) in Curriculum Studies, Instructional Design, or Educational Technology, or an equivalent field,will be an added advantage.
    • At least Eight (8) years’ experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or academic training within a higher education setting.
    • Experience in supporting programme review and redesign initiatives.
    • Ability to develop learner-centred instructional models.
    • Experience in promoting active learning and experiential learning approaches.
    • Knowledge of and experience in ensuring alignment between learning outcomes, assessment, and learning activities.
    • Experience in supporting programme accreditation documentation and related quality assurance processes.
    • Experience in training faculty on curriculum development and instructional design.
    • Experience in developing curriculum development resources, frameworks, and toolkits.
