    Sustainability Consultant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver end-to-end client engagements across sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, climate and ESG risk management, capacity building, and carbon advisory.
    • Conduct materiality assessments, peer benchmarking, and gap analyses to identify sustainability priorities, risks, and opportunities for clients.
    • Prepare high-quality sustainability and ESG reports aligned with leading global standards and frameworks, including GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, SASB, TNFD, and integrated reporting.
    • Design and deliver tailored training programs for Boards, management, and staff to build organisational capacity in ESG, sustainability disclosures, and climate risk management.
    • Draft clear, compelling, and visually engaging reports, presentations, and knowledge products that translate technical content into practical business insights.
    • Track global and regional regulatory trends, ESG trends, and disclosure developments to provide clients with forward-looking advice.
    • Manage project teams and junior consultants, delegating effectively, reviewing outputs, and ensuring quality assurance across deliverables.
    • Support client relationship management, serving as a trusted advisor and maintaining regular communication to anticipate needs and ensure satisfaction.
    • Contribute to business development by preparing proposals, pitches, concept notes, and thought leadership pieces that position Lybra as a leading ESG advisor.
    • Represent Lybra at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

    Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

    • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, environmental sciences, business, sustainability or a related field.
    • Sustainability certifications such as GRI, FSA Credential, or SCR are highly desirable.
    • 3–5 years’ experience in consulting or professional services, with proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and client engagements.
    • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical content into clear business insights.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
    • Collaborative, client-focused, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to advancing sustainability best practices.

    Administrative Assistant

    We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. The role is central to ensuring seamless office administration, efficient project support, and excellent client service. This opportunity is suited to an individual who thrives in a dynamic consultancy setting, is detail-oriented, and demonstrates initiative in managing multiple priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage front office operations, including correspondence, calls, visitor reception, and internal communications.
    • Organise and maintain administrative records, including filing systems, staff files, licenses, statutory registrations, and certifications.
    • Coordinate meetings and events by preparing agendas, recording minutes, circulating action points, and managing travel and logistics arrangements.
    • Support HR functions such as recruitment, scheduling, onboarding, leave tracking, and staff welfare initiatives.
    • Handle petty cash, expense claims, procurement processes, and supplier follow-ups, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
    • Assist the technical team in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and project documentation, as well as coordinating client workshops and training sessions.
    • Promote Lybra’s sustainability values by embedding resource efficiency and responsible practices in daily operations.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.
    • 2–3 years’ relevant experience in administration, HR, or finance support, preferably within a consulting or professional services setting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration platforms.
    • Experience in project management is an added advantage.
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong interpersonal skills.
    • Integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information
