    Client Relations Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Business Development – Will develop, implement, and deliver business development targets as pr the sales plan by mapping and reviewing prospects, attending pitch meetings and reviewing engagement contracts. The job holder will also conduct regular need-based market research to gather relevant data in order to analyse products, services, competition and trends.
    • Client Relationship Management – Will establish and maintain business relationships with consultant doctors and medical fraternity, insurance companies and corporate clients.
    • Communication and reporting – This will entail effectively communicating and promoting products, services, packages, plans, features and benefits to the existing and prospective clients. The job holder will also compile and maintain reports as necessary for decision meaning.
    • Team Management – The successful candidate will guide and supervise the client relations team to accomplish their tasks and meet performance targets.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • A minimum of a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
    • At least 5 years’ working experience in a similar role, in business development and team management. Experience in the Health Industry is preferred.
    • Should also possess/demonstrate the below competencies:
    • Good analytical and negotiation skills.
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
    • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    Customer Experience Officer

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Manage patient and visitors’ queues using the (QMS) queue management system.
    • Respond to all incoming calls at the customer care desk and making the appropriate transfers.
    • Direct patients to the departments appropriately as recommended by the nurses or doctors.
    • Recognize severe cases in need of immediate medical attention and alerting the nurses immediately for the appropriate action to be taken.
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to patients’ enquiries.
    • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to patients within the time limits and summarise the patient feedback.
    • Direct requests and any other issues to the designated resource.
    • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes and avoid any unnecessary delays in queues to minimize the turnaround time.
    • Maintain the appearance of the entrance and reception area at all times.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • A minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any other related field.
    • At least 1 year working experience in a similar role.
    • Should also possess/demonstrate the below competencies:
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    Deputy Chief Medical Officer

    Duties & Responsibilities: 

    • Managing and coordinating general and specialized medical services in the Hospital and its satellite clinics. 
    • Providing operational leadership for the clinical services to ensure cost-effective and efficient service delivery in line with the hospital’s vision, mission, and objectives. 
    • Monitoring medical service delivery within agreed frameworks 
    • Drive towards the delivery of the Hospital Quality agenda, not limited to JCI, ISO amongst others 
    • Preparing quality, timely progress reports of projects/processes assigned to the Chief Medical Officer’s Office. 
    • Recruiting, mentoring, and supervising doctors through the various clinical heads of departments. 
    • Will be responsible for liaison between doctors and hospital administration. 
    • Supervise and maintain an objective, cost-saving, and feasible duty roster of all doctors in units to ensure 24-hour coverage of units including organizing for locum doctor cover during emergencies and scheduled leave. 
    • Training, and overseeing the performance management of newly appointed and existing doctors that report to this role. 
    • Will participate in the vetting and approval of new equipment needed for patient care. 
    • Will participate in managing and improving unit performance plans with supervisors when required. 
    • Developing and reviewing clinical policies, clinical care pathways, and clinical job descriptions in liaison with the HODs and the Chief Medical Officer. 
    • Will be a part of and provide expertise to any committee formed by hospital administration for specific mandates. 
    • Will serve as a key member of a dynamic, progressive multi-disciplinary management team as well as participate in the corporate board and senior-level management activities including the development and implementation of the institutional strategic plan. 
    • Support the Hospital Go Green Hospital initiatives and drive the Medical Services Go Green agenda.

    Qualifications & Requirements 

    •  Master Degree in Medicine and Surgery or its equivalent from a recognized institution 
    • Bachelors’ Degree in Medicine and Surgery 
    • Post Graduate qualification in Management and leadership related course 
    • Must have a valid membership and hold a valid medical practicing license. 
    • Must have a Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a Managerial Position or a similar role 
    • Has experience is driving quality initiatives to include and not limited to JCI, ISO, Safe Care etc 
    • Should also possess/demonstrate the below competencies: 
    • Leading and managing change 
    •  Innovation 
    • Strategic decision making 
    • Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances 
    • Research and Development 
    • Data analysis and reporting 
    • Excellent communication skills
