    Trade Marketing Coordinator

    Reporting to: Head of Marketing, Communication & Brand Experience Role Objective

    The Trade Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities in the market aimed at increasing brand visibility, market share, consumer engagement, and reporting on competitor activities and market trends.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and deploy trade marketing plans.
    • Manage and measure brand visibility in the market.
    • Lead execution of brand activations, campaigns and promotion activities.
    • Collaboration with field teams for effective delivery of marketing activities in the market.
    • Analysis and reporting of market insights and brand performance.

    Requirements and Experience

    • Proven experience in trade marketing or a similar role, preferably in the relevant industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales operations, market trends, and consumer behavior.
    • Experience in management and implementation of projects.
    • A proactive mindset, ability to work collaboratively, adaptability to market changes, and strong interpersonal skills.
    • A degree in business or related field will be an added advantage.

    BIZ Sales Manager

    Role Objective

    • The BIZ Sales Manager will play a vital role in Mawingu's national growth and customer expansion as the role focuses on driving revenue, growing the enterprise customer base, and improving customer retention and experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategy Execution: Implement enterprise sales strategies aligned with company growth goals.
    • Business Growth: Expand enterprise customer base and increase revenue through new acquisitions.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple departments to improve customer experience, reduce disconnections, and guide product/marketing strategies.
    • Feedback & Insights: Collect field data to support marketing, branding. and product development decisions.
    • Process Improvement: Represent enterprise team in decisions on tech deployment and service enhancements.
    • Team Support: Evolve the team and provide support in related tasks as needed.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong sales leadership and revenue-driving capabilities
    • Effective problem-solving and time management
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree in IT, Business, Communications, or related field
    • At least 5 years' experience in enterprise sales within the ISP industry
    • In-depth understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
