    Tax Senior

    • We are seeking a Tax Senior to deliver high-quality tax compliance, advi- sory, and dispute support services to our clients. The role involves pre- paring and reviewing tax filings, advising on Kenyan tax legislation, su- pporting KRA audits and disputes, and building strong client relations- hips, while upholding the firm's professional and quality standards.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare and review tax returns including Corporation Tax, VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax, and Turnover Tax. Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns through iTax.
    • Monitor tax compliance calendars and statutory deadlines for assigned clients.
    • Support tax advisory and planning assignments, including transaction and restructuring advice. Research and interpret Kenyan tax laws and regulatory changes and advise clients accordingly. Represent and support clients during KRA audits, assessments, objections, and appeals.
    • Maintain high standards of documentation, ethics, and risk management.
    • Serve as a key client contact on tax matters and identify opportunities for additional services. Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and business development initiatives.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related field.
    • KESRA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
    • Over 4 years' experience in tax within a professional services firm (Tax, Law, Accounting or Audit).
    • Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws, regulations, and the iTax system.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and client-management skills.

    Manager - Outsourced Accounting Services

    • We are seeking an experienced Manager - Outsourced Accounting Services to lead client accounting engagements and strengthen service delivery.
    • To manage outsourced accounting engagements, ensure high-quality finan- cial reporting and tax compliance, lead accounting teams, and support client growth and firm revenue.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and review outsourced accounting engagements across multiple clients.
    • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts.
    • Ensure compliance with IFRS / IFRS for SMEs and Kenyan regulatory requirements.
    • Review and approve tax filings (Corporation Tax, VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax) via KRA iTax.
    • Supervise and mentor accounting staff; allocate workloads and review outputs.
    • Maintain quality control, ethical standards, and proper documentation.
    • Act as primary contact for assigned clients and attend client meetings.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • CPA (K); fully qualified and ICPAK registered.
    • 6-8 years' experience, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS, Kenyan tax laws, and compliance frameworks.
    • Proven leadership, client management, and communication skills.

    Payroll Senior

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Payroll Senior to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services to multiple clients.
    • The Payroll Senior will manage end-to-end payroll processing for assig- ned clients, ensure full compliance with Kenyan statutory require- ments, support client relationships, and deliver high-quality payroll ser- vices under the supervision of the Payroll Manager.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time.
    • Review payroll inputs including overtime, bonuses, benefits, and adjustments.
    • Calculate and file statutory deductions including PAYE, NSSF, SHA, NITA, Housing Levy, and other applica- ble levies.
    • Prepare and submit payroll returns through KRA iTax.
    • Maintain accurate payroll data, system integrity, and secure backups.
    • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned payroll clients and respond to queries professionally.
    • Prepare payroll summaries and periodic reports for client review.
    • Identify opportunities for additional payroll or related services and escalate appropriately.
    • Prepare payroll outputs for review by the Payroll Manager prior to client release.
    • Maintain proper documentation to support payroll audits and reviews.
    • Support internal and external payroll audits.
    • Reconcile payroll data with accounting records and maintain strict confidentiality.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
    • CPA or ACCA qualification.
    • 3-5 years' relevant payroll experience, preferably within a professional services firm.
    • Strong knowledge of Kenyan payroll laws and statutory compliance.
    • High attention to detail, strong execution discipline, and good client communication skills.
