    Full-Time Trainer German Language

    Qualification

    Qualifications Required Education, Skills and Experience

    • Possession of a valid Goethe Institute certification, with at least a B2 level proficiency in German.
    • 1-year experience in teaching German Language.
    • Strong communication, intercultural, and instructional design skills

    Key responsibilities also include

    Duties and responsibilities;

    • Plan, prepare and teach the units assigned, as outlined in the course outline in line with the course curriculum.
    • Development of learning materials, timely preparation and submission of professional records and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
    • Plan, develop and deliver appropriate learning plans for individual students.
    • Assess students work and monitor their achievement
    • Take part in the Course review process and adapt delivery patterns to meet student needs
    • Examining and marking of Trainees’ Assessment Tests (C.A.Ts ) and end of term assessments) and timely uploading of marks in the MIS of the units assigned
    • Carry out Practical instructions for trainees and maintaining their portfolios of evidence
    • Supervising students during assessments
    • Contributing to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum
    • Participation in departmental meetings
    • Other duties as may be assigned to you by your supervisor

    Student Recruitment Officer

    Qualification

    Must Have

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Public relations/Communication from a recognized institution.
    • Computer literacy.
    • Minimum Three (3) years’ experience in a comparable position.

    Key responsibilities also include

    Reporting to: Centre Manager

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Represent Equip Africa Institute in targeting visits to potential clients to speak to individuals and groups to promote outreach activities
    • Develop, coordinate and deliver outreach programs and marketing strategies, arranges visits and tours for prospective students and parents
    • Act as the focal contact person for internal coordination of Institute student recruitment and enrollment processes
    • Develop promotional materials and information from the Institute and educational programs
    • Prepares reports and proposals regarding recruitment and outreach activities, and responds to inquiries from students
    • Create packages, monitor and distribute resource materials for student recruitment and retention programs
    • Develops mentorship programs and analyzes trends in recruitment and retention for Equip Africa Institute
    • Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the departmental head or the Institute Management

    Full Time Trainer in Community Health

    Qualification

    MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Community Health from a recognized institution.
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in health training in a similar institution.
    • Knowledge of the TVET Act 2013 and the CBET curriculum.
    • Valid Technical Trainer Registration by TVETA.
