Based at the Nakuru and Kitengela units, these positions will be responsible for providing superior interventional and preventative specialist care in both out and inpatient departments. In addition, the specialist doctor will provide clinical leadership in their area of specialization to ensure consistency of care to achieve desired patient outcomes.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in Medicine and Surgery (MbCHb)
• Masters qualification in a relevant field, and with specialist recognition and licensing from KMPDB
• ACLS qualification. Experience working in a busy hospital environment, with active knowledge on patient management and proficiency in IT systems.

Reporting to the Audit& Risk Board Committee with operational reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this position is responsible for development, review and implementation of risk, audit policies and procedures, as well as providing independent and objective assurance on adequacy and effectiveness of organization systems and controls for management of compliance and risk.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in a Business related field with professional qualification in finance and accounting (CPA or its equivalent). 
• Certification in auditing such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) will be an added advantage. 
• The successful candidate must have over 5 years working experience in a similar position in a busy environment.

• Higher National Diploma in Histology
