    Driver

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Operate the assigned PSV safely and responsibly while strictly adhering to all traffic laws and road safety regulations.
    • Transport passengers along designated routes, ensuring their constant safety, comfort, and security.
    • Perform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections, checking critical components like brakes, tyres, and fuel levels.
    • Maintain full compliance with PSV licensing, carrying a valid license, badge, insurance, and inspection certificates at all times.
    • Keep the vehicle's interior and exterior clean and presentable for passengers.
    • Promptly report mechanical faults, accidents, security incidents, or passenger disputes to management.
    • Follow all company operational procedures, avoiding reckless driving, overloading, or substance abuse.
    • Cooperate fully with investigations and provide accurate incident reports when required.
    • Ensure the vehicle is in optimal working condition and report any damages or maintenance needs immediately.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Valid Driving License with D1, D2, or D3 endorsements.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience operating public service vehicles.
    • Extensive knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of integrity, responsibility, and professional discipline.
    • Proficiency in defensive driving techniques.
    • Strong commitment to customer service and passenger satisfaction.
    • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
    • Proactive problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong focus on passenger safety and overall vehicle security.

    Production & Inventory Technician (Medical Devices)

    Responsibilities

    • Execute the assembly, calibration, and testing of medical devices in strict accordance with ISO 13485 standards.
    • Lead weekly and monthly physical stock takes for raw materials and finished goods to ensure inventory accuracy. Reconcile physical inventory counts with digital records and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
    • Track and report scrap or rejected components to support lean manufacturing and cost-efficiency goals.
    • Maintain controlled environments by following strict cleanroom sterilization and contamination control procedures.
    • Monitor reorder levels for critical components and coordinate with procurement to prevent production downtime.
    • Manage device traceability by assigning and tracking batch/lot numbers from raw materials to final dispatch. Ensure all inventory handling aligns with medical-grade quality and safety protocols.

    Requirements

    • Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, or Supply Chain Management with a technical background.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical device or high- precision manufacturing environment.
    • Deep understanding of ISO 13485 (Medical Devices - Quality Management Systems) and proficiency in inventory software (ERP/SAP).
    • Exceptional numerical accuracy and mathematical skills for precise stock reconciliation and unit measurements.
    • Ability to manage high-volume SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) with a methodical approach to labeling and storage.
    • High level of ethics and a "zero-error" mindset regarding life- saving equipment.
    • Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate between production staff and warehouse managers.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and digital inventory tracking tools.
