    Customer Service Intern

    Duties and responsibilities

    Customer Service and Front Office Support

    • Welcome and assist parents, learners, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Respond to telephone, email, and walk-in enquiries and direct them appropriately.
    • Support scheduling of appointments, school tours, meetings, and venue bookings.
    • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, correspondence, and customer interactions.
    • Assist in preparing and distributing school communications and notices.
    • Record and track customer concerns, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where necessary.
    • Build positive relationships with parents, learners, staff, and other stakeholders.
    • Support front office operations and administrative activities as assigned.

    Admissions and Lead Management

    • Receive and manage admissions enquiries from phone calls, emails, website forms, social media platforms, referrals, and walk-in visitors.
    • Maintain accurate admissions records and prospective learner databases.
    • Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and messages to prospective families.
    • Track the progress of admissions enquiries from initial contact through enrolment.
    • Support school tours, open days, exhibitions, and admissions events.
    • Assist with onboarding activities for newly admitted learners and families.
    • Prepare admissions reports and updates on enquiry status and conversion trends.

    Marketing and Enrolment Support

    • Support lead nurturing activities aimed at improving admissions conversion rates.
    • Assist in implementing enrolment campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Help track enquiry sources and admissions trends.
    • Participate in outreach and community engagement initiatives that generate admissions leads.
    • Support collection and analysis of admissions and marketing data.
    • Contribute ideas that improve customer experience and admissions outcomes.

    Digital Marketing and Social Media Support

    • Monitor and respond to basic enquiries received through social media platforms.
    • Assist in collecting content during school events, activities, and learner engagements.
    • Support updating admissions and promotional information on digital platforms.
    • Escalate prospective parent enquiries requiring immediate attention.
    • Assist in executing social media and digital marketing activities that promote the school's brand and admissions objectives.

    Systems and Data Management

    • Accurately capture and update learner information in school management systems.
    • Support updates of learner records, transport information, and co-curricular activity records.
    • Assist with data verification and reporting requirements.
    • Ensure admissions and customer records remain accurate, complete, and confidential.
    • Adhere to school policies regarding data protection and information management.

    Qualifications:

    • Recently completed a degree in Customer Service, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Recent graduate with practical experience in customer service, admissions, marketing, or client relationship management.
    • Experience using social media platforms, customer communication channels, or basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is desirable.
    • Internship, volunteer work or administrative experience is an added advantage.
    • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
    • Ability to multitask and deliver within deadlines.

    Pre - School Teachers

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and child-centered lessons in line with early childhood development principles and the CBE framework.
    • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports exploration, play, and inquiry-based learning.
    • Support language development, early numeracy, creative expression, motor skills, and socio-emotional growth.
    • Use play-based strategies and real-life experiences to develop key learning outcomes.
    • Monitor and document each child’s development and learning progress.
    • Identify any developmental delays or learning challenges early and work with support staff and parents for appropriate intervention.
    • Maintain accurate records of student learning and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about each child's progress.
    • Organise and participate in parent-teacher conferences and early learning workshops as needed.
    • Ensure a clean, organised, and safe learning environment.
    • Implement consistent and age-appropriate behavior management strategies.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and reflect on best practices.
    • Participate in professional development workshops and early years training.
    • Contribute to school events, open days, and early childhood community outreach programs. 

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an early childhood or pre-primary setting.
    • Experience with play-based learning, child-centered pedagogy is a strong advantage.
    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
    • Patience, creativity, warmth, and a genuine love for working with young children.

    Lead Senior Teacher - Pre-School

    Duties and Responsibilities 

    Teaching and Learning

    • Lead and oversee the planning, preparation, and implementation of termly and annual plans, schemes of work, and daily lesson plans across the Pre-School Campus.
    • Ensure learning experiences are age-appropriate, play-based, inquiry-driven, and aligned with curriculum expectations and school standards.
    • Model excellent teaching practice and support teachers in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons.
    • Ensure effective differentiation to support varying learner needs, developmental stages, and learning styles.
    • Promote language-rich environments and early literacy and numeracy development.
    • Support implementation of co-curricular, social-emotional, and enrichment programmes.
    • Monitor assessment practices and ensure timely recording and reporting of learner progress.
    • Ensure learning evidence, learner portfolios, and assessment records are maintained accurately.
    • Prepare and submit monthly campus academic updates, achievements, challenges, and recommendations to the Deputy Head Teacher.

    Campus Administration and Staff Management

    • Coordinate the day-to-day academic and operational running of the Pre-School Campus.
    • Prepare and manage teaching timetables and staff duty schedules for the campus.
    • Monitor teacher attendance, punctuality, lesson delivery, and classroom effectiveness.
    • Supervise and support all Pre-School teaching staff and teaching assistants.
    • Allocate responsibilities based on staff strengths and developmental needs.
    • Conduct regular lesson observations and instructional coaching.
    • Lead staff meetings and professional reflection sessions.
    • Identify teacher professional development needs and coordinate training opportunities.
    • Participate in staff appraisal processes, induction, and probation management for new staff.
    • Promote professionalism and ensure adherence to school policies and code of conduct.
    • Serve as the communication link between school leadership and the Pre-School Campus staff.

    Curriculum Implementation and Instructional Leadership

    • Lead implementation of the Early Years curriculum and ensure alignment with school expectations and quality standards.
    • Monitor curriculum coverage and learner developmental outcomes across all Pre-School classes.
    • Ensure classrooms maintain high standards in learning environment setup, learner engagement, and instructional resources.
    • Support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and child-centred instruction.
    • Coordinate procurement and effective use of teaching and learning materials.
    • Ensure assessment and reporting practices reflect learner growth and developmental milestones.
    • Promote innovation and best practice in Early Childhood education.

    Learner Welfare and Child Development

    • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all learners.
    • Oversee learner welfare, behaviour support, guidance, and age-appropriate discipline practices.
    • Monitor learner attendance, transitions, and emotional well-being.
    • Coordinate safeguarding measures and ensure compliance with child protection procedures.
    • Facilitate early identification of learners requiring additional support and coordinate interventions.
    • Promote healthy routines, independence, social skills, and positive learner behaviour.

     Parent and Community Engagement

    • Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers to support learner development.
    • Coordinate parent communication and engagement initiatives.
    • Facilitate parent meetings, workshops, and learner progress discussions.
    • Address parent concerns professionally and in collaboration with school leadership.
    • Promote a strong school culture and positive campus experience for families.

    General

    • Participate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
    • Foster collaboration and sharing of best practices across campuses.
    • Support and participate in school activities and events.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and campus records.
    • Attend staff and leadership meetings as required.
    • Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and all school policies.
    • Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or related field.
    • Valid TSC Registration Certificate.
    • Minimum 5–7 years teaching experience in Early Years/Pre-School education, including leadership responsibilities.
    • Strong knowledge of CBC implementation within Early Years Education.
    • STEM experience is an added advantage
    • Strong leadership, communication, organisation, and ICT skills
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teaching teams.
    • Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
