The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Technology to lead the firm’s digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will develop and execute a clear technology strategy that transforms the firm’s operations into an integrated, secure, data-driven, and highly efficient professional services organization. The role will focus on internal transformation across all departments and service lines as well as support the development of technology-enabled client solutions and advisory services.

The successful candidate must be capable of driving organization-wide change, aligning technology with business objectives, improving operational efficiency and quality, strengthening cybersecurity, and building scalable digital platforms and repeatable models.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture and systems integration strategy
• Assess current systems and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and duplication
• Lead vendor selection, implementation, and technology partnerships
• Manage technology budgets and investment priorities
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for technology performance
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and support functions

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Head of Managed Services to lead the establishment, growth and operational management of a regional Managed Services division for RSMEA. The role is responsible for building a scalable, technology-enabled managed services platform that delivers outsourced accounting, payroll, statutory compliance, financial analysis, due diligence support and business process services to clients across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will drive the digitization and automation of processes through the implementation of integrated systems, secure workflows, data processing capabilities and client service platforms. The role requires both strategic leadership and strong operational execution capabilities. The individual must be capable of creating a regional delivery centre with repeatable, high-quality and secure processes that support cross-border clients efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Managed Services strategy aligned with the firm’s regional growth objectives 
• Build a scalable operating model capable of serving clients across East Africa and other international markets
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI-enabled workflows and process optimization

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Risk Advisory, who will play a leadership role providing leadership and managing the Risk Advisory Department. The individual will lead complex client engagements in internal audit, process reviews, enterprise risk management, gap analysis, systems audits, forensic audits and related advisory assignments, while driving innovation through the use of technology-enabled audit and analytics tools.

The role requires a commercially minded leader with strong technical expertise, the ability to scale and manage a high-performing team of approximately 30 professionals over time, and the capacity to support strategic business development initiatives across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director to strengthen the department’s market presence, improve delivery quality, and position the firm as a leading provider of risk advisory and technology-enabled assurance services in Eastern Africa.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee internal audit, risk advisory and consulting engagements across various industries
• Manage assignments involving internal audits, process reviews and operational efficiency assessments, gap analysis and compliance reviews, systems and IT audits, forensic audits and investigations, enterprise risk management assignments and governance and control reviews
• Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards
• Review engagement reports and provide strategic recommendations to clients
• Present findings and recommendations to boards, audit committees and senior management teams
• Ensure adherence to professional standards, methodologies and regulatory requirements
• Support the Director in building and scaling the Risk Advisory practice to approximately 30 professionals over time
• Recruit, mentor and develop high-performing teams

• Experience in systems audits, data analytics and technology-enabled assurance tools 
• Proven experience in forensic investigations and control reviews is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, multiple engagements and client relationships simultaneously 
• Strong business development and proposal management experience 
• Experience working in regional or cross-border engagements is an added advantage
