    Panel Beater / Fitter

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess vehicle damage and determine repair requirements
    • Carry out panel beating, dent removal, and alignment of damaged vehicle bodies
    • Repair or replace damaged panels, remove and refit vehicle parts/components using appropriate tools and techniques
    • Collaborate with spray painters and other technicians to ensure seamless workflow
    • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and company quality standards

    Requirements

    • Diploma / Grade III Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Panel Beating, or its equivalent
    • At least 5 years’ experience in a busy body shop or automotive workshop
    • Strong knowledge of panel beating and vehicle body repair techniques
    • High-quality workmanship with attention to detail
    • Good teamwork, problem-solving and communication skills

    Technical Trainer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and Conduct Product and Technical Training for Service, Sales and Parts Department as when required
    • Carry out the yearly planned Technical Activities as per laid down calendar
    • Carry out Training at Branch and Dealer Level as and when requested
    • Carry out Driver Training as and when required
    • Ensure Adequate training on Diagnosis is conducted for all Technicians/Supervisors

    Qualifications

    • Diploma in Automotive Engineering. Pedagogical Training
    • 5 years relevant experience in a busy workshop
    • Sound Knowledge on Automotive Engineering
    • Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office computer applications
    • Key Skills: Good Supervisory, organization, coordination communication and interpersonal skills
