Applicants shall be holders of a KCSE Certificate or its equivalent, a Diploma in Food and Beverage Service or equivalent qualifications from a recognized learning Institution. They should have five (5) years’ experience Dining Hall Supervisor Grade 4 (IV) or a Comparable Position in Grade 4 (IV).
Duties and responsibilities:
The successful candidate will among other assignments be expected to: Ensure that all food is of high quality and meets University standards, collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner and adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Applicants shall be holders of a KCSE Certificate or its equivalent, a certificate in Food Production or equivalent qualifications from a recognized learning Institution. They should have five (5) years’ experience as a Cook grade IV (4) or Assistant Senior Cook, grade IV (4).
Duties and responsibilities:
The successful candidate will among other assignments be expected to: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, Ensure that all food is of high quality and meets University standards, Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency, Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to management, Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner and Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Applicants shall be holders of a KCSE Certificate or its equivalent, Diploma in Food Production, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized learning Institution, Possess a certificate in Food Production. They should have five (5) years’ experience as a Senior Cook grade AB.
Duties and responsibilities:
The successful candidate will among other assignments be expected to: be preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items, Preparing high-quality meals and food items according to University recipes, Storing excess food at the correct temperature in order to avoid spoilage, Ensuring that food portions and food presentation meet University standards, Ensuring that cooking utensils are clean before each use; ensuring Cleaning and sterilizing of food preparation areas, Assisting other cooks to ensure that food orders are completed in a timely manner, Efficiently resolving problems with customers’ orders and Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed.
AD/5/93/24 – 4 POSTS
Applicants shall be holders of a Diploma in either Institutional Management or Hospitality or equivalent qualifications from a recognized learning Institution. They should have five (5) years’ experience at grade 4(IV) in any catering related job or at grade 4(IV) in any other comparable position.
Duties and responsibilities:
The successful candidate will among other assignments be expected to: Monitor supplies and re-order stock as needed, assist with inventory management, assist the catering officer in: discharging catering services, ensuring prompt procurement of foodstuffs and other kitchen items and their safe custody, supervise staff, maintain their respective kitchen staff duty roaster and rotation schedules.
