Role Overview:

• The Accounts Assistant will support financial documentation, compliance, reconciliations, reporting, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial documentation and data entry
• Statutory compliance and payroll support
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Audit support and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA Part II or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and MS Excel
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential data
• Strong organizational and deadline management skills
• NGO or creative sector experience is an added advantage

Role Overview:

• The MEL Officer will lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems across Docubox’s General Call and programmatic work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement impact evaluation frameworks
• Track festival and distribution outcomes
• Evaluate capacity building programs for filmmakers
• Develop data visualizations across themes, gender, and categories
• Support organizational learning and strategy development

Requirements:

• 2–5 years’ experience in M&E (arts, media, or NGO sector preferred)
• Experience with SBCC or narrative impact frameworks
• Strong qualitative and quantitative data skills
• Understanding of East African film/documentary ecosystem

Contract:

* 1-year fixed term (renewable based on performance)
